    Please note that the site office is open for check ins from 4 pm on the day of arrival and closes at 7 pm.

    There is an 9 hole golf course on site which is half price to all guests. All equipment is included in this cost but you are welcome to take your own.

    Herons Brook Retreat will not accept any group bookings.

    Please note that Herons Brook Retreat Lodges is no longer part of the 2020 @ 2019 price offer.

    Upon booking the guest will need to submit their car registration number.

    They can only give 1 number any additional cars will need to park on the main car park, and the facility to submit their registration number.

Perfect.

Perfect.staff were welcoming.the lodge was perfect had additional things we were not expecting.there was tea coffee biscuits.slippers.all shower toiletries.dish washer tablets.can not fault the holiday at all .near all amenities and very private.it was nice to use the hot tub without people passing by.really went the extra mile to make you welcome

Our stay in 2 Hornbeam Lodge was just the short break we needed. Very private and peaceful. The welcome was excellent with little touches that made us feel right at home like positioned curtains, hospitality tea/coffee/milk and cleaning pack in the well equipped kitchen, complimentary toiletries, just enough to get our stay started before needing to head for the shops. As well as beautifully folded towels and spa slippers. The hot tub was a treat. Some bits were a little tired but it was all very clean. We felt it was really good value for what we paid but did leave a snag list of things that needed attention eg lightbulbs, batteries in remote, faulty door catch … things you don’t notice unless you actually stay there. All in all we would definitely recommend this lovely retreat!
