“Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. “We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

“Parking on the street was easy. Though the steep walk uphill to the hotel would be a challenge for some, we found it delightful and hotel staff informed us that they have a luggage transfer service for people who arrrive with heavy bags.
Room was lovely and the ktichenette was one of the best supplied we have ever seen, including utensils, pans, and plenty of dishes.”

“Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended.”

“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. ”

“This house exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time staying there and exploring it. It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected.
