Relax with the whole family at this newly renovated (2022) beach house with water views. Just steps from Scarborough beach South! 3 Beds, 2 Baths, nice sized yard, 2 decks, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, Central AC, fresh linens and towels. We have added many personal touches to make you feel right at home. Beach chairs, games, gas fire pit and a grill for your BBQ.

This was a great house! We stay in the area every year and this was one of our best rentals. The house was very clean, the air conditioning worked great, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is nice and close to the beach. The deck has a view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our time here. My only suggestion would be that the upstairs patio furniture was not very comfortable. I think better cushions would help. But this didn’t stop us from hanging out up there every day. It was really a great spot to relax after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay at this property again!

great house

The house was beautiful and well equipped with everything from kitchen to beach stuff. Games for the kids. The rooftop deck and firepit was where we spent most evenings. A walk to the beach was priceless. Might I suggest hooks on the back of the bathroom doors. I would highly reccomend this property.
