Super easy check in, check out, not too many absurd requests. Could use a few updates here and there but overall a wonderful stay.

The house was perfect size for a beach trip with the family. Although the weather didn't cooperate, we had a nice trip and were able to bring the dog. :)

Older style home, in nice neighborhood, close to everything.
Great place for kids and or dog, with parks and schools and biking/walking paths at each end of the dead-end street.

Good neighborhood, rustic accommodations, easy walk to the beach, has A/C units. Important to note- linens/towels not included, no dishwasher, no washer/dryer. Overall good stay for our family of 4.

Great spot for a quick family getaway. Centrally located, easy to access everything we wanted to do. Nice quiet neighborhood across the street from a nice playground which the kids loved.

The property is less than a mile from the town beach which made the location ideal. The house was clean but bare bones/ outdated. However don't let this steer you away- its perfect for a getaway. Bring your own pillows in addition to linens. Shower was small but worked good. A/C units in every room which is nice.

This house suited us well. Comfy. It's all about the location and this would be impossible to match anywhere else at this price in Naragansett if you love their unmatched town beach. Other beaches are very nearby (short car ride) if you want a change of pace and impressed with all the ones we visited. Very walkable distance to town beach, shops, playground and restaurants. Beach wagon and toys provided and we just plopped the little ones in the wagon, crossed the park and took little back road short cut straight to the beach! Something for everyone. We had a lovely stay.

The house was poorly maintained, not well equipped and there were some parts that were very dirty. The town is great, the location was good and we found some other rentals that will suit us better when we return.

The house was extremely clean when we arrived, house was equipped with all pots and pans, and a beach wagon with beach chairs! My husband and I took our son here for a long weekend and it was great! The house is less than a mile from the town beach. Directly around the corner is an adventure land for kids that has an arcade, small rides, go carts, bumper boats, mini golf and more. In addition, there’s a great park right at the end of the road. Near the beach are fantastic restaurants, an awesome ice cream and candy shop, and shopping! There was some thing for everyone. Newport was a very short drive, and we took advantage of the Block Island ferry being less than 15 minutes away! Definitely an awesome location for a family vacation. The house was in great condition. Perfect for a Beach getaway.

The owners of this property were very nice and had great communication. The property itself is very basic. It is a good place to sleep after a day at the beach. You have to bring your own lines and towels which is not ideal. The house was not that clean, rug in the bathroom was filthy, sinks and tub stained. It is manageable but not ideal. Many spiders throughout the house. The house needs some TLC, but the owners were accessible if needed.

We had a slight misunderstanding about the listing and the owners worked swiftly and graciously to clear it up. The property was great for our purposes. In town for a wedding, our family of four adults had plenty of room, and we were able to have members of the extended family over for a get together. A/C window units and ceiling fans keep the house nice and cool. The deck is sunny in the morning (coffee on the deck!) and shady in the afternoons, and the back yard would be a nice place to play if you had young children. The house is a short (10 - 12 minute) walk to waterfront where you can have a real meal or just ice cream, and go to the beach. The included wagon is a godsend for hauling chairs, towels and snacks to the beach. Overall, a very positive experience.

Power kept going out and had to be reset in the creepy basement. Holes and the walls and ceiling. They had a new grill and an empty tank of propane which we had to pay for to cook. The couch was broken and not a pull out bed. The umbrella outside was broken. It is a mess of a property. Would NEVER return.

The location was great, and Kristyn Anne was quick to communicate with us and resolve check in issues.
Read past reviews that raised concerns because they are still valid. The house is not being maintained. There is no window covering for the bathroom window which overlooks the deck. There are several windows missing screens and holes in other screens. The smaller upstairs bedroom has no window covering and no closet-can it actually be a bedroom? There is one window unit for the whole first floor, Its placement makes sitting on the couch difficult. Many more issues that just point to poor upkeep.
For the price being asked with the addition of a security deposit, pet fee and linen rentals I did not feel as though I got my money's worth.
Others have said this--it could be a great place. The owners are not listening.

The house was very dirty when we showed up, house cleaner came after the check in time which was fine but did not clean anything refrigerator was still so gross and trash left from past renters we ended up cleaning it all ourselves. The pots and pans in the kitchen were very dirty.

We stayed here with my husband and 4 boys (12, 13, 13, 15) and absolutely loved it! The house isn't modern, but it's cozy and was the perfect place for my family to stay. The boys walked to the park at the end of the street every night and played ball on the baseball field. The property has a grill and almost everything you need in the kitchen!
The location was a little too far for us to walk to the beach since it was really hot and humid. But the town beach was a quick drive and it was really nice. We went there after dinner to walk around the beach at night. The house is close to grocery stores, restaurants, several beaches and great seafood places.
The owners were wonderful to work with. We had to reach out to them once during our stay and they responded quickly and were very pleasant.
We cannot wait to visit RI again and when we do, this is the place our family will want to stay! :)
