Cabin Getaway
Cozy, spacious, clean and well stocked with pretty much anything needed to cook a meal, shower or go in the hot tub. Massive reserve of firewood (covered on the front porch, so it’s dry.) Stash of games, blankets for snuggling up, cabin charm in abundance. There were only two of us (it’s the perfect “bubble” for privacy), but there is more than enough room for 2 couples or a family. The property itself is a blast to explore. Enough hills and downed trees to make it interesting to navigate on nature walks, but accessible enough to not need a harness. The woods, gazebo and pond, the stream… lovely. Tiffany was incredibly responsive, check in was a breeze, all appliances fully functional and linens were in abundance. Looking for what you picture a cabin in the woods to be (while still having the comforts of home)… this is it. We stayed over NYE weekend but are planning a trip back in the summer to take full advantage of the pond, center dock, gazebo and ample outdoor living space. DsMT is an absolute delight.

Nice and relaxing cabin in the woods!
The cabin and property were just as described. We were a group of 5 and the cabin fit & slept us all perfectly. The kitchen and living room is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. We used the woodstove to heat the cabin during our stay and it was very comfortable. Never needed to turn on the heat. Sat TV & DVD player worked well. Wifi was spotty but as expected for the Catskills area. The beds and linens provided were nice and clean, as were the towels for the showers and hot tub. We enjoyed the hot tub and the property. There is lots of privacy on the property, a small pond and gazboo which was nice. There is a fire pit directly off the back of the cabin which we used a lot. The back screened in porch and deck were a favorite spot of ours. The cabin is secluded but not far from nearby towns, restaurants and breweries. We explored the area during our 5 day stay and most places were 20 minutes away. Great cabin, would recommend and rent again.

Pictures are different from reality
We were very happy with the location of this house. The grounds are beautiful. Checkin was easy. It is close to downtown Narrowsburg We chose the house based on the pictures in VRBO. They did not represent the conditions at the current time. The deck was very uninviting: covered with algae and moss: it hasn't been cleaned or sealed in many years. The deck furnishings were covered with mold and ciggarette burns.The furnishing were past their prime. When I expressed concern to owner re this I was told they don't buy nice furniture as people ruin it. We rented this house based in part on the furnishings. I was also told "I guess it all needs a good cleaning" The hottub did not work properly and the gazebo lights were broken burns. I Wish I could post my pictures of our stay; the contrast is striking This house has so much potential; it is a shame it has not been kept up

A few perfect days!
We had plans to fly to the West Coast when my husband needed emergency eye surgery and we could not fly. We were all devasted. Doing a VRBO search for a last-minute getaway, I saw this cabin and had a sense this was just what we needed. The cabin was neat and clean, private, and well kept. The five of us immediately began to relax upon entering the cabin. Heading down to the pond started to erase our sadness. The kitchen is well stocked. The furniture is comfortable and welcoming. The screened-in porch was a great place for dinners. We also loved the fire pit. Floating in a tube in the pond, I could totally unwind! Our very favorite spot was in the gazebo near the pond. We took our morning coffee there, had snacks there in the afternoon, and wine there in the evening! Every one of us loved this place and could not believe how lucky we were to have an opportunity to stay at such a lovely place. It truly felt like a retreat. We hated to leave, and can't wait to find a time when we can go back to this amazing place.

Woodland Wonderland
We really enjoyed the cabin, deck, hot tub, stream with waterfall, screened in porches but the best part for us was the pond. We just loved floating around in tubes. The landscape is really well done with lots of lilies floating and the entire exterior was really well kept. There some issues with wasps around the shed by the pond and on the floating dock. The fire pit was really nice and the hammock was enjoyed by all. Tiffany communicated very well with us. We'd love to come back here again one day.

Truly a relaxing get away.
The beds were not made. It appeared previous visitors got out of bed in a rush leaving bed linens in disarray. Dirty/ wet towels in a basket. Personal feminine products were left in bathroom trash can. The kitchen was clean tidy and a great area to prepare food. Common living areas great. I made beds removed the trash and enjoyed the otherwise great environment.

I am so sorry about the state of the house on your arrival. I am embarrassed to say that it was 100% my fault as I made an error on the schedule that I sent to my housekeeper, and as a result no one cleaned the house before your arrival.

Mountain Jam weekend
We (2 couples) rented the property for three nights because we needed a place to stay while attending the Mountain Jam music festival at Bethel woods this past weekend. The property was well suited to our needs and offers many amenities we didn't really take full advantage of, since we were spending most of our waking hours at the Festival. The one amenity we really used was the hot tub -- very good for easing older bodies aching from many hours spent dancing or standing on concrete floors at the venue! We had one small problem -- we ran out of hot water for showers the first morning, but we contacted Tiffany (the owner) by text and she responded right away, sending over a plumber while we were gone. The next morning, there was plenty of hot water. Finding the property for the first time can be a challenge. Use the directions provided by the owner and ignore the "shortcut" Google recommends...it probably IS a shortcut, but if you're not already familiar with Fred White Drive, don't even try -- you'll get lost, as we did, before we back-tracked to Rt 115 and followed the directions on the website!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Tiffany’s cabin! It was just beautiful and felt really cozy and clean. Everyone kept commenting how well stocked it was! From the gazebo to the hot tub, the porches and living room with fireplace, there were so many nice places to sit and hang out. We’re already talking about coming back in the summer to swim in the pond!

Perfect Relaxation!
My boyfriend and I needed a few days of peace and relaxation away from Brooklyn NY. We are so glad we chose to stay at this awesome cabin in the woods. We are very pleased with our experience. The place is very clean, comfortable and quaint. The inside of the cabin is spacious. Fire place adds a nice touch. Lots of little necessities were there, so if you end up forgetting to pack something, you'll probably find it there. We spent almost all of our time outside. We BBQed all of our meals and loved it! Make sure you bring along a big bag of charcoal and lighter fluid if you plan to BBQ (the kitchen is well equipped if you prefer to cook indoors). We also loved sitting by the fire pit, it did get quite chilly in the evenings. We made sure to bring along warm clothes so we could enjoy the outdoors even after sunset. It gets very dark there, so pack your flashlights. The pond area is another cool space to relax. We took little hikes around the property. It's sooo peaceful hearing the babbling creek in the background. If you are looking for a place to kick back and relax in tranquil privacy, look no further, you won't be disappointed. Peaceful and Private
We rented the cabin for a girls' getaway weekend and it was just what we were looking for!​ For the 3 of us, we each had our own bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook any meal and there was a fireplace with plenty of wood to keep a fire going. The property and setting was so beautiful and the best part of all was the huge outdoor hot tub that we enjoyed sitting in while surrounded by snow and pine trees! The town center was less than 10 minutes away and we really enjoyed dinner at Uncle Vinnie's! Highly recommend if you're looking for serenity and privacy.

The trip was wonderful! The whole time it was a bit gloomy and raining so we didn't get to explore outside too much. Over the cabinet so was like what they spend the week in. It was the perfect wnviornment to get away from stressful day to day lives and play board games with friends. There was no cell service there but that was a positive in my opinion.

Private wooded setting, this is a clean, simple, very chill and comfortable cabin. great outdoor firepit and hot tub (bring your own dry wood as the outdoor wood pile can be damp depending on weather) great screened big porches. I appreciated the ample seating in the living room with 2 cozy couches and a couple armchairs. Secluded, and a little pond with a gazebo to hang in. The decor is a little outdated and spartan but very spotless and comfortable. What you want in a woodsy cabin. Great location- my favorite part was the sound of the rushing creek in the backyard. one minor flaw: the shower didn’t have great pressure but that’s a personal obsession of mine, and most people would find it perfectly adequate. Stocked with everything you would need. A great find!

Quiet, relaxing, comfortable, like staying at your own private resort!
It was a perfect weekend getaway from the city. Very secluded, private and quiet but everything you needed. Pond, hot tub, porches and deck provided a great way to relax outdoors. Spent a whole afternoon reading in the hammock and listening to the sounds of the woods. It rained while we were here and you could hear the stream and waterfall from the house. Cabin was big and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Fireplace indoors and fire pit outdoors. Floats and swimming dock made it easy to use the pond. Close to Bethel Woods, nice restaurants and cafe’s. All you need to bring is food, this place has everything else! Would definitely stay here again. Could imagine spending a week here in the summer and hiding from the world.

This is our second time staying here, and we enjoyed it just as much or better than the last time. The booking process is super easy, and getting into the cabin was smooth no need to speak to anyone about accessibility as the directions provided were pretty clear. We love everything about this place, the peaceful sound that comes from the brook/stream at the back, the hot tub, the grill, the rooms, the fireplace, how well equipped the cabin is, secluded, it feels like home away from home. The Perfect White Christmas
A friend was visiting for the holidays from Australia, and she had never seen snow. My husband and I thought going to NY might be a good balance between the chance for snow and still being able to do anything, so we chose this cabin. We are very glad we did. From the start, the experience was pleasant. Tiffany was very friendly in her communications and used the website extensively to arrange for payment or send messages, so there was never any worry of this being a scam. She sent a packet of information including places to eat, directions from multiple routes (since GPS/Cell was iffy in the area). The cabin, itself, is secluded enough that we never saw another neighbor, but it was 5-10 minutes from town. It was well-kept and had one of the best-stocked kitchens I've ever had with a rental property. Everything worked (aside from a couple jets in the hot tub) and the location was absolutely gorgeous. The kindling balls on the mantle were a huge help in getting the fire starter. On Christmas Eve it began to snow (the hot tub was great in the snow!) and when I woke up on Christmas morning, there was already someone plowing the driveway and shoveling the porches clean for us. We'll definitely be back. By day two we were all planning our next trip here. And that's pretty impressive since one of us was from Australia!

Perfect Getaway
My family enjoyed this cabin this past weekend. We were four adults and three teenagers. The house is clean and comfortable. There are plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows available. In addition to the beds, there are two comfortable fold out beds available. There is cable tv, dvds, games and books available for use. A coffee pot and coffee are available for use. There is also wifi. Depending on your carrier, your cell phones will have spotty service, but there is a landline. There is a hot-tub, hammock, grill, wood-pit, horse shoe pit, and a babbling brook - that wasn't babbling when we were there - I guess not enough rain? We stayed 3 nights - you will want to stay longer. The property is beautiful and secluded, yet only a 10-minute drive to a market and a cute downtown (a very trendy, up and coming town!). The best part of this house is the little lake. It is perfect. The right size, two swim docks, lights for nighttime dips. It is remarkable clean - it has bubblers and is treated. There is also a shed with toys for the pond. All along the edge were the cutest frogs and tadpoles!

Seclusion at its finest
My wife and I stayed this cabin for four nights and we're incredibly pleased that we did. The cabin was very comfortable, but we spent most of our time on the decks, around the fire pit, in the hot tub, and by the pond. Magnificent!
This place was exactly what my fiance, friends and I needed. Secluded, hot tub is amazing, but the best part is the sound of the stream that runs behind the house. I will definitely come back to stay here. One advice, please do not travel at night to an area you have never been to. We made that mistake and almost did not make it to the house. No fault of the owner, its just pretty hard to see the entrance to the driveway at night.

Magical weekend getaway in the perfect upstate house.
This was my second stay at the home and it was just as excellent as the first. If you're looking for a quiet, weekend getaway with a small group, this is the spot. Unfortunately it had snowed 30" just a few days before our arrival so we couldn't use the outdoor fire pit or pond gazebo, but in spite of that, the home was everything we could have hoped for. It's just far enough off the grid so that you truly feel like you've gotten away. The amenities are top notch: the hot tub is spacious, the fireplace is cozy (surplus of firewood was provided), the pond/gazebo are beautiful (I used both during my first visit), and the overall seclusion and charm of this home are second to none - regardless of season, this is the place to stay. Oh, and Tiffany is extremely responsive and accommodating (she gave us an early check in and late check out for no extra charge). I will definitely be going back!

Incredible Storybook Cabin
We came in December, and the cabin is a winter wonderland set on a beautiful property. Everything you might need is provided, the house is rustic and beautiful, and the owner is a pleasure to communicate with. Very highly recommended. Perfect secluded location
The cabin is in a great secluded location with a lot of amenities. The cabin has excellent outdoor spaces, from the hot tub, to the fire pit, to the pond area. The owners keep everything well stocked, including the firewood. We had a great time and we will be back!
