"Beautiful hotel and well maintained for how busy it was. The room was incredible with unobstructed views of mt Fuji. I bit far from town but a free shuttle bus provided transportation to nearby shopping and restaurants. The FujiQ was right next store so if you go to the park it’s very convenient."

"The sink wouldn’t drain and the shower flooded the bathroom. Breakfast included a styrofoam container with cold sandwiches and curdled yogurt. Roughly half of the igloos were damaged and held together with duct tape. "

We were warmly welcomed with drinks before being transported by golf cart to our private glamping site—an incredible setup at the base of Mount Fuji, with stunning views to wake up to while enjoying your morning coffee. Every detail was thoughtfully curated. The provided pajamas and slippers added a luxurious touch, and the hot tub and sauna were perfectly prepared for a relaxing evening upon arrival. It felt like a seamless blend of nature and comfort. In the morning, we were treated to a beautifully prepared traditional breakfast delivered right to our cabin—an unforgettable way to start the day. The staff throughout our stay were phenomenal—genuinely kind, attentive, and always going above and beyond. What truly solidified this as a standout experience was their extraordinary service after checkout. In the rush to our next destination, I accidentally left behind my bag containing my passport and wallet. After contacting the hotel, the team went out of their way to personally deliver my belongings to our next location. That level of care, honesty and dedication is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. I cannot recommend Sense Fuji enough. If you’re visiting Mount Fuji—or Japan in general—this is an absolute must-stay"

"Staff was friendly and the check-in process was seamless."

"Check-in was quick and efficient. We had 4 rooms for a group of 10. The wine lounge (included as our package) was a great way to hang around with variety of wines, snacks, ice cream, etc. We missed the tea house as we were there at 4p and spent time to settle and picked our yukata before closing at 6pm. Dinner was good even though we didn’t have the wagyu package. Buffet breakfast has a lot of variety. The bed or futons were comfortable. In a nutshell the the place very nice, just too pricy. Would be nice if we can stay for another night to enjoy everything there."
