Room is spacious, great layout, very comfortable furnishings especially the bed, luxurious and helpful amenities, automatic motion-sensing lighting helpful for night trip to bathroom, best equipped bidet, and fantastic view from full-length glass balcony. 2. Extremely courteous, helpful, and caring staff at checkin, concierge service, and family club floor. 3. Included drinks and snacks available during morning , afternoon, and evening sessions. Extremely convenient perks - uniquely special. Will definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommend to others."

"Big room with ocean view. All our requests for new towels everyday was granted. Only comment is that for you to reach the front desk, must ride 2 elevators then to go to your room, will have to use a third elevator. There were no instructions on how to reach the front desk. Good thing we saw someone who speaks English at the entrance of the hotel. "

"Beautiful modern room with nice ocean view. But not enough space for luggage. No drawers either. Rooftop Swimming pool was nice also. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants."

"A bit of a dated room with lots of marks and scratches etc. Air conditioning also won't go lower than 25 degrees so room is very hot. But it was a clean hotel, very good area and friendly staff"

"Nice hotel. Convenient to the beach, Aquarium and market. kids loved the free snack area in the lobby. Appreciated that they provided both bath-sized towels and hand towels. The shower and toilet areas each had their own doors but there is no door to the entire wet area, so if you are sharing with someone else they just need to stay out of that part of the room while you dry off and dress. Not a big deal for my family. We used the free washer and drier. The washer worked fine but the dryer literally took all day to dry 2 loads of laundry. We had to go to a local laundromat and used the provided clothing racks in our rooms to fully dry the laundry."
