“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. “The property could have been a little cleaner. Dog poop in the yard and cobwebs up high (we do understand they are in hard to reach places) and on the patio. We did find a big spider in the house. It was a great location and a fun old house in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again for sure.”
