“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. “Great place to stay and very conveniently located. There was construction across the street so initially it was difficult to find street parking. Once the construction workers left we were able to park right out front. Beautiful view and we had a family of mule deer (including two fawns) eating the flowers on the lawn. Very special.”

“It was a perfect retreat to enjoy combing the beach for shells and enjoying the views. Walking and shopping the many shops in Seaside. Our access code didn’t work, but the sliding door was open so no negatives there. We locked up the same way. House was clean and well furnished. The odor of a home sitting vacant was obvious but no issue. Comfy seating and beds. Would book this one again. ”

“Had a wonderful stay in the cottage! Check in instructions were clear and proactive. The cottage felt homey and welcoming, and I really appreciated all the extra touches like toiletries/hair dresser in the bathroom, cooking spices and cleaning supplies in the kitchen, and laundry detergent and clear instructions for using the washer. “We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The cottage is cozy, comfortable and very clean! A comfortable bed and we found that despite being close to the highway, it was quiet. While small, it offers almost everything one could want in a beach stay. A well equipped kitchen and dishware for meals in. “Fantastic location!!! Takes you 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Close driving distance to great towns like Seaside and Astoria! We recommend checking out the Indian costal trail abiut 20 minutes out, spectacular views, about 4 miles there and back. You should also check out the Cathedral trail and Column in Astoria where you can throw a wooden plane off a tower! We also recommend going to the Sandtrap bar thats another 2 minute walk from the property and Grandmas Corner for a good hearty……
