「Surprised my husband for his 80th birthday and it's all he can talk about. It's a fun place with something new to check out every time you walk in to a room. 「We had a pleasant stay at this rental in late July. The townhome is new and comfortable; easily accommodating our party of three adults and one infant (the crib on site was much appreciated!). We especially welcomed the wagon and folding chairs as the property was within walking distance to the beach. Marina was always responsive to our queries. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The Hollyhock was very cozy and well appointed. We lacked for nothing. Close to everything in Long Beach and just a jump across the Columbia from Astoria. We had an enjoyable stay in a charming beach town. Nate is a gracious host and this cottage is highly recommended if you are going to be in the area.」

Property was well described so we could find it and the parking spaceBathroom was not as clean as we would of liked (brown specks on toilet seat, black spots and hair on the tub; the pour-over coffee maker did not appear clean).Check out involved washing dishes and leaving in dish dying rack, putting sheets/towel in dryer and starting that load of laundry. 「This house was very comfortable and clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed plus extras. They only draw back was that it was very close to the highway and the yard was not fenced. We have small children so they had to be closely accompanied when going outside. Overall, it's a very nice house.」

「The cottage was nicely remodeled inside, clean, well appointed and very conveniently located. The front door was a bit hard to open but otherwise all was well. One thing that should be noted is that though the listing said there were 2 bathrooms, there was only one. It is an easy walk to the downtown and waterfront.」

「Great little cabin! We enjoyed our stay and loved how close to the beach it was. Communication with the host was easy, the cabin was clean and had good amenities, and the price was right. The beach felt very private despite how huge it is. It was gorgeous and only a short walk away. The cabin had a nice kitchen and living space. My only con is that the walls are very thin, so if anyone snores loudly just be aware that they might want to sleep in the downstairs bedroom and not the upstairs loft.」
