I think I got unlucky with the room is all. Air con didn’t work, no shampoo, not very clean, big stain on a wall, hairdryer sounded dangerous and was in dire need of replacing and the phone wasn’t answered when I tried o report and get help. The Parkgate Hotel
Ideal central location although no city view, despite booked. Room very clean and plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Dressing gowns handy in bathroom. Great selection of teas and coffee provided 😊. Breakfast service and selection of food excellent.
