“Reception staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the kitchenette. Noise from the nearby train tracks was a little annoying. ”

We thought this was the hotel that we stayed in last year, but it turns out to be the one we first went to, and saw how nasty the room was and the entire property and decided to stay somewhere else. However, this year was a different experience. You can tell that there had been many renovations and upgrades done to the rooms from the previous year and the overall look was much better. I was pleasantly surprised and we decided to stay this time.”

“Wonderful stay! 8 of us shared the 4 bed 3 bath suite. The kitchen was fully stocked with daily top ups. Very clean space, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff. All in all the property exceeded our expectations. And the best part, it’s right in the heart of 12 South. 10/10 I would recommend :)”

“The property was updated within the last 5 years. The rooms were very damp. Pages in my book got wavy, my medicine disintegrated, and my clothes smelled musty. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.”

“The staff was nice, and they changed our room. However, the shower was broken and water leaked out everywhere. The room looked old and poorly maintained, with peeling cabinets and worn furniture. The blankets had cigarette burns, and the hotel hallways were dirty. The entire place smelled like food and cigarette smoke. The air conditioning also did not work properly.”

“Good enough! I only stayed one night because I was just passing through and the price was within my range. The room was clean and secure. The surrounding area felt safe. I didn't use all of the amenities bc of my short stay. The grounds were well kept and well lit.”

“We stayed only one night and although in general everything was fine, only our room had some small cockroaches in fact they left the poison in the room haha that was funny, but overall it was fine, if you are just passing through I think it's fine.”

“I loved the feel of a home without having 1 room for everything except bathroom. My only problems were 1 never saw a door like that so had no idea how to put in the code, thats on me lol, and 2 daughter had a medical procedure while there and I didn't think ahead to that to realize she shouldn't have been going up and down stairs, but thats on me too. I loved the whole place.”

“The rooms were clean. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was quiet and we slept well. But, I absolutely did not like being charged $35.00 to park in their garage. After paying over $300.00 for one night, and being older, retired folks on a fixed income, that did not seem very fair. Lynne”
