The first floor is an open floor plan kitchen, living, dining areas with a long hallway off the areas leading to the first floor bedrooms and stairs to the upper level. There is an attached two car garage at the rear of each home as well as large driveway parking.

Guests have access to the entire two private homes and attached two car garages. There is a smart lock with unique code for each stay, as well as security system and entry cameras.
