Awesome place to stay for large groups

All units are super cute! Great for large groups. Bedding was super soft, location was good with a quick 10 mins Uber to Broadway.

Overall, a great experience for large groups....

Our company rented 4 townhomes in Nashville to accommodate our group of 25 people and it was a great experience, while there were a few issues when we arrived, the team at Stay Minty were fast and responsive and helped us resolve those issue quickly. The views and amenities were nice, the decor and furniture were great quality and the proximity to downtown Nashville (10 min max) was perfect! I'd recommend this experience.

Awesome Nashville visit

We had a school trip to Nashville. I along with 3 other chaperones, traveled with 25 high schoolers to show them the wonderful sites and sounds of Nashville and Franklin. Each chaperone was in charge of one of the 4 houses, and we had an absolute blast with our team! We struggled to get one of the garage doors open, but I know the property is working on that. The location was quiet and out of the way, but only 10 minutes to most everything we had on our itinerary!The property managers checked in on us almost daily and were available to help us in any way.Great for a big group or family trip, too!

Work Trip

The communication with Stay Minty was excellent. They provided quick responses and service. We had a lot of challenges with check-in, as the codes weren't working on the houses. There were also issues with the actual locations we rented not being clear. They were very helpful and sent someone out to help. We had a leak in one of the bedrooms as we were there during Helene. They weren't able to fix during our stay, but it didn't majorly impact. The units are very well appointed and the bedding is very comfortable. Location is a quick 10-15 minute uber ride to Broadway. Overall - it was a great stay and we'd definitely come back

Very nice experience

We stayed here for our family Christmas vacation and we enjoyed our stay. The homes were hig enough to accommodate my entire family. The property manager was very supportive and responsive. Overall I had a great experience and would book again.
