Walking through the door of Backyard Blessings is like walking into your own private vacation resort! The accommodations alone are enough to be excited about but, wait until you step through the patio doors and see how this fantastic home got its name!

You will enter the house into the enormous dining area and kitchen which will provide everything that you need to prepare and serve delicious meals to a large group of family or friends. Enjoy breakfast together while planning the day’s activities. A coffee station provides many choices for your morning wake up. This is also the perfect location to bring everyone together for rousing game nights with the whole gang!

The flight of stairs located in the dining room leads up to The Victorian Room. This beautiful, en suite room is full of antiques and items that will remind you of a bygone era. Sleep late in the comfy queen size bed. A 32 inch smart TV, ceiling fan, luggage rack, alarm clock, and small bedside fan will help to make your stay even more comfortable. The spacious full bathroom located here is completely private and handy for a quick shower under the luxurious “rain style” shower head!

Backyard Blessings has beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main level. Back downstairs, venture through the dining room into a small hallway where, to your right, you will find the powder room. To your left, is an open laundry room for your convenience. This room also has a door which exits into the back yard. Continue through the hallway to find the opening into the huge living room! You will be delighted by the quirky and adorable decor. With a gorgeous floor to ceiling Brown County Stone Fireplace (gas) that was hand built by the original owners over 75 years ago. You will also notice that Backyard Blessings has beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main level and helps to make this room even more inviting. With the large screen smart TV, this will be the room that draws everyone close for an evening of movies and togetherness.

At the other end of this enormous living space, you will find a full bath and the other three of our four bedrooms. The full bathroom has a great tub for taking a bubble bath and soaking your stress away! Plenty of soft absorbent, large towels and washcloths are here for your convenience. There is a hair dryer, curling iron and a few other incidentals, in case you forget yours.

Now, let’s talk bedrooms! Which of these adorable rooms will be your favorite? The Black/White Room faces toward the front of the house; it features a Black Iron queen size bed. The Blue Poppy Room faces the south toward the side corner yard/lot; this spacious bedroom features a vintage wooden queen size bed, with coordinated bedding. The Flowered Bicycle Room faces the back yard and this adorable bedroom features a retro style queen size bed. All of these rooms provide ample blankets and pillows, 32 inch smart TV, a ceiling fan, luggage rack, alarm clock, and small bedside fan for your comfort.

Meander your way back through the house to find those previously mentioned patio doors. Now you can find out what is meant by “blessings” in the name “Backyard Blessings.” Through those patio doors, you will step into your own private oasis! The gorgeous landscaping makes this place feel like a mini botanical garden. Walk barefoot through the super soft grass and enjoy all of the beauty and smells of the flowers growing around you. Among the other offerings here are a large hot tub, plenty of relaxing seating, a grill for the traditional cook out, and enough table and chairs for everyone! But, even with all of this, the feature item here is the full-size inground pool! Enjoy the privacy of your own pool, right here in the backyard! With the huge fence surrounding the entire place, your privacy is guaranteed, despite the in-town location. Like we mentioned before... your own private vacation resort!

Even though you might never want to leave, the location of this great home is so convenient to all of the village! Backyard Blessings provides plenty of off-street parking so, there is no need to worry about empty spots or pay lots. From where you are, you will be within walking distance of all of the best shops, eateries, and entertainment venues that Nashville has to offer! Yet, your car will be handy for a short drive to any Brown County attraction! Go out and visit one of the local wineries or, check out Brown County State Park. The possibilities are endless!
