Conveniently located, sleep up to 4 adults/2 kids this 1 King bedroom with 2 twin beds/ futon sofashort in living room. Uber ride to downtown- 5 miles. Brand New Condos featuring amazing walkability to East Nashville hot spots with Nicoletto's, Grimey's Music, Elegy Coffee Bar, The Fox Bar & Cocktail club and Mickey's Tavern right across the street. Pet's welcome for $35 extra per night.

The entire 1 bedroom condo with kitchen, living room and bath with washer and dryer in the condo.

There is an additional shared workspace and sitting area in the lobby area- see pictures.

East Nashville bars and restaurants- Foxy's, Nicoletta's, and Grimey's records

Uber or lyft is best but we do offer free parking!

There is an entry camera for security. You are welcome to unplug while you are there.

A visit with our Grandsons

We came to Nashville to see our daughter and grandsons. The condo is down the street from their house. We had a wonderful few days, going to the zoo and enjoying great restaurants. All the restaurants were close to the condo. We had a wonderful stay.

Great place in East Nashville

I had no issues with the place. Very nice and clean. No problems with communication with owner. I would definitely stay here again. Also found a lot of good local food and drink spots close by. So I didn’t have to go downtown

Great space!

We had an amazing stay! The room was identical to the pictures, perhaps even better in person. So nicely decorated. So many sleeping options for multiple people. Came with all needed amenities, including k-cups and powdered creamer and sugar options. Many restaurants and small stores nearby. Not a bad commute to downtown. Between 10-15 minutes depending on the time of day. Close by but away from the crowds. Easy to Uber to and from if you don’t have a car. The owner was so accommodating and easy to reach. Definitely would stay again!

Great Experience!

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights to visit our daughter in Nashville, and were absolutely delighted with Hillbilly Haven! It was perfect for our needs and convenient to where we needed to go. The unit was clean, comfortable and Allison was a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely be rebooking the next time we head up to Nashville to visit our daughter.

We had a great time while we were in Nashville! This property is so clean and comfortable, we felt very at home. Also, the location of this property is perfect! It was easy for us to get in and out of the area. Also, there are plenty places to choose from to eat around the area. We can’t wait to go back and would definitely return to the same property again. Nashville visit

Our family visited Nashville this summer for my daughters dance competition. Host was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately. The location was great was 10 to 20 minutes away from downtown and close to the highway. The apartment was clean and spacious for our tiny family. Would very highly recommend and will stay here again if I ever return to Nashville.

Overall the location was great, the apartment was not very clean, linens were stained as well as the curtain for the shower. The bed has bed bugs as I’m covered in bites and the living room television did not function.

Anniversary weekend

Nice condo stocked with everything you need. The king size bed and shower were both great! The couch was not comfortable but the owner said a new one has been ordered. The location was only 15-20 minutes to downtown and easy to get to everything.
