Great Place!

Great Getaway!

We were in Nashville visiting our son. House was inviting, well-designed, clean, and restful. Really appreciated having two bedrooms with two full shower/bath combos. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

We loved the East Nashville location- artsy, great restaurants and shops. Plenty of space. Not all towels and linens were clean, but overall very comfortable. Will be back.

The master bedroom only had a comforter on the bed no sheets, the fan didn’t work, downstairs bathroom faucet loose. Overall very nice place. I would stay there again thank you.

This home was in a good location to get just about anywhere in Nashville. This home could use some TLC. Mold in showers needs to be addressed some fresh paint on the porch and decks. A better cleaning of things down low.

Nice place just needs some tlc

It is a nice place. However it needs a through cleaning. Baseboards are very dusty, corners on the flooring need vacuumed, throw rugs in the Master bedroom were dirty, tv in Master did not work, possibly batteries in the remote. No hand soap in the bathroom on the main floor. Admittedly, I am a neat freak so my review may be a little harsh.

Listing isn't quite accurate

The house is fine and suited our needs but the listing photos are a bit off. There is no decor, rugs, or couch pillows. The furniture is quite old and looks like garage sale finds. That said the house was fine for our needs but definitely doesn't feel very homey. Just a typical industrial rental type of situation. Also there was no coffee and the coffee maker is on its last leg.

A mediocre facility

I loved nothing. Only could get warm water, never got hot. The upstairs floors creak so bad! No useful mirror in the front bedroom because a big screen TV is covering it up. No light on the dining table. Partial birthday cake left in the refrigerator. Not the worst place we've stayed but certainly no gem.

Nice but…

The house presented as pictured initially. The manager was super responsive and I appreciated that. However the cleanliness wasn’t thorough. The bedroom rugs hadn’t been vacuumed nor dusted in sometime. There was hair all over the area rugs and dust balls in the hallway. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned as there was a dirty glass on the counter and rings where glasses had been. I cleaned the bathroom and kitchen myself. The 1st floor was cleaner.
