Live like a legend in Nashville at Johnny's place. Just 4 miles to Broadway (11 min drive)! Our Johnny mural is enough to heal your Folsom prison blues. The home is next to Southern Grist Brewing, a great East Nashville Taproom. Across the street is Highland Yards w a coffee bar, martini bar, & gym.



The Space:

This 2,000 sq ft home in East Nashville is the perfect home base for your next trip to Music City. Boasting 4 levels (yes, stairs are required!), 4 bedrooms with 4 full baths, and a massive rooftop patio to enjoy views of the city. Broadway is just 4.2 miles away, or a 10 minute drive. Uber and Lyft are readily accessible to take you to all the Honky Tonks!



We are located next to active train tracks, and the train passes by a few times during the day and night.

Features Description:

• Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags and place them in the trash can outside by garage.

• Pets: We welcome your pups but require a $200 pet fee. We just ask that you keep them off of all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• We can host a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. However, we must uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their primary source of income and maintain their properties in business. Please book responsibly, and we appreciate your understanding.

• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
