Getting around:

You will not need your car, and that's always a great thing! Uber or Lyft are the most convenient ways to get around and both are always readily available. If you're up for a little exercise, then Broadway and all the honkey tonks are only a 10-15 minute walk from the front door.

Interaction with Guests

I can be there for check-in if you would like to ask any questions,. The door access code will be sent prior to your arrival so that you can just let yourself in! I will be a phone call or text away to help you with anything you might need for the duration of your stay.

Quiet time from 10pm to 8am. This is a residential community. Our neighbors have agreed to allow us the privilege to rent our spaces short term. The majority of the residents are single, or young professional couples in their mid 30's, with no kids. We all have fun dining, exercising, clubbing, and enjoying all of the cultural activities Nashville has to offer... At the same time, we are conscientious of our surrounding and our neighbors rest. This is a big, happy, and relaxed community; please help us to keep it this way.

So Convenient!

My hubby and I stayed at this VRBO location for a short trip to Nashville. We both agreed, we should have stayed longer! This little apartment is well located and walking distance to EVERYTHING in downtown Nashville. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to this happening town!

Cozy Condo

The condo has everything you could ask for...kitchen was well appointed, bed was very comfortable, living and bathroom were fine. Decorated so cute in Nashville style. It is located in more of an industrial location, but we were right on the Cumberland River and it was fun to watch the barges go by.

Great location, about 8/10th mile walk to Broadway, pleasant stroll along river. Although we did not utilize, it is equipped with good clean kitchen and fridge. Not aware of any nearby grocery stores. No need for rental car. We only slept there and all was fine there. Also, very nice view from patio of river, from 3rd floor location.

This property offers lots of comfort in a great location close to downtown. We enjoyed watching the river and wildlife from the balcony patio, the swimming pool, and had a great experience with management communication. Would definitely stay again!

Nashville - August 2024

The property was very close to the downtown Nashville area but still a bit of a walk. It was on the 3rd floor and there was not an elevator which we were aware of beforehand. The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen well equipped. What we did not realize from the website is there is not a door on the bedroom - it opens into the living room. This was a bit of an issue when my partner gets up to make breakfast and I wanted to sleep in! As long as people know about it that is fine it just wasn't clear to us how the condo was configured. Overall a nice place to be located in Nashville.
