We arrived on Thursday and it was clear the house had not been properly cleaned. My cousins socks were black from walking on the floor in them (see picture) I contacted the managing company, and I do have to applaud them for their quick response. A cleaning person was sent Friday morning; however, we didn’t feel comfortable Thursday so we bleached everything ourselves as well as washed all the sheets and towels. In addition, there were crumbs and a spider in the pull out couch (see picture), broken windows (see picture), hair/dust in all the window sills (see picture) and a random pair of men’s underwear in one of the closets (see picture). While the house does offer a “pool” the entire outside needs a good pressure washing. All the outdoor furniture was in poor condition. Under the deck there was an old cooler and what appeared to be an empty propane tank (amongst the weeds under the deck) The whole place needs a really good scrub; the cleaning person Friday morning even said that this happens a lot with this particular managing company. The location is fine; basically 10-15 minutes from all the attractions. I gave 2 stars as I was pleased with the rapid response from the company communication, but overall a one star when factoring the amount of money we spent and the place was absolutely not clean and in need of repairs.

Nashville Girls Trip

My girlfriends and I decided to take a quick weekend trip to Nashville. 2 of us are also vacation rental owners and we were all so impressed with this home. It was well decorated, well stocked, spacious, clean and perfectly located. We all agreed we would stay again if we ever visit again.

Nashville Music Manor Magic!

Arrive & Thrive is exactly what our group of 10 (6 Adults, 4 Children) did during our wonderful stay at Music Manor! Conveniently located with a short drive away from the BNA Airport, Broadway and the Grand Ole Opry, we were able to pack in every sight that we planned while also escaping back "home" to our perfect cozy, residential location at Music Manor Nashville. This was not only the perfect location but also a very spacious home that provided two family rooms and TV's in each of the bedrooms ~ the kids had a ball with the upstairs game room! James is an excellent host who responded to all of my inquiries before arriving. Check-in was easy and check-out even easier. We all agree that Music Manor will be our place when we visit Nashville again! Arrive & Thrive properties are definitely a Home Away from Home ~ Our Music Manor stay was Magical!

Great house for large group

This house had SO much space for our group, it was fantastic. We didn’t get to enjoy the backyard due to rain but it looked nice. The games upstairs were a hit for our kids.

Music Manor in Nashville!

We had the best stay here with our friends. The host is the best at communicating before and during our stay. We loved the house and it was clean and perfect for our trip. Definitely giving this one a 10/10!

Needs work

Quite a few dead bugs around the house (kitchen, living room, bedrooms) and the bathroom was still a bit dirty with some hair. There was hair or fur all over the bed sheets. Not very clean. The kitchenware was decently stocked and usable.

Sibling reunion

Family reunion of senior siblings. Enjoyed access to area attractions. Grand ole opry, hermitage, franklin battlefield, etc. Great kitchen and large table for a group of 8. Only issue is the yard. Not maintained, and nothing like the pictures.

Great stay for our family group!

Communication beforehand and during our stay was incredible! The space was as described and was a different setup than a typical house but fit our needs perfectly. The "game area" upstairs was a huge hit with our young children and space downstairs was perfect for our group. Highly recommend!

Great trip

The house was great. Very roomy and had all accommodations needed. It was away from downtown so gave us a break from all the commotion. It was a short ride to downtown and the airport. There was grocery stores and pharmacies near by if needed. Very easy to get in and out. Only issue was that it is near railroad tracks and there were many trains. Not a big deal overall though. We would use this house again when we visit Nashville.

Great Find!

Rented this house to meet family, some from FL and others KS. This was our first time in Nashville. The house is very close to downtown, but in a spacious neighborhood that is very quiet. We were easily able to get to great restaurants and shopping. The house is clean and amply supplied with everything you need. We loved the large table that all 8 of us could sit around to play games and eat! The host communicated frequently before our visit to make sure everything was in order. We hope to be back again!

Inside is awesome

We stayed for a week with our family of 5 (3 teens). The inside of the home is spacious, clean, organized, has plenty of room, and just about everything you might think you need. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, all worked well. It’s clearly a quick flip and you can see that around the house, but you’re not buying it so who cares. The outside needs some attention. It’s loaded with bugs and webs and just not updated much (but they do tell you in your welcome email that they’re working on the outside). The cowboy pool doesn’t have a vacuum so there was no way to get the fine dirt out of the bottom (too fine for the skimmer). That being said, we loved our stay. We didn’t use the outside other than my boys used the side area to play basketball and soccer, but we didn’t miss the outside honestly, and we loved our stay. Host was super attentive and responsive.

Great trip spent at Music Manor!

We had a wonderful trip to Nashville and stay at this beautiful home. There is tons of social space with the large kitchen area, living room and outdoor spaces. The bedrooms downstairs are also very large. The neighbourhood is very quiet, however only a 10 min uber to Broadway. Thanks for everything.
