The Space:
PRIVATE RETREAT WITH ROOM TO ROAM
This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home sits on 11 scenic acres in Goodlettsville, just a short drive from downtown Nashville. It is believed to include the childhood house of Brenda Lee- the iconic singer of “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.” The structure was relocated here somewhere between 1980 and 1989, so while she did not live at this address, parts of the original home remain. MODERN COMFORT FOR GROUPS AND FAMILIES
Although the home is attached to our own residence (similar to a townhouse), it has a private entrance and its own living areas. We’re nearby if you need help but otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay.

The layout accommodates up to 10 people in beds including 1 queen and 3 kings, a sleeper sofa, with a maximum of 14 guests. Families love the open outdoor spaces and many visitors comment on how peaceful the setting feels in the country setting while still being close to everything in Nashville.

• A game room with arcade machines, a pool table, and air hockey—our household rarely uses this space, so guests typically have it to themselves

A UNIQUE NASHVILLE EXPERIENCE
Guests can improve their trip with optional concierge services, great for celebrations, event planning or curated local experiences. Our on site shop offers fun extras like Nerf blasters for kids and firewood bundles for the firepit. While we don’t sell Brenda Lee merchandise, the décor and stories throughout the house give a meaningful nod to her legacy.

Guest Access:
A private keypad makes check in simple and flexible. Shared amenities such as the pool and game room are scheduled in advance so everyone enjoys privacy. Arrival instructions are sent before check in.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in historic Magnolia Station, only 2 miles from I 65 and about 10 minutes from Rivergate Mall’s shops and restaurants. Downtown Nashville is a 20–30 minute drive with endless live music, great food, and nightlife. The antique district of Goodlettsville is just 4 miles away.

Even though it is close to everything, the property feels peaceful. The home is set at the end of a quarter mile gravel driveway. It is common to spot deer, turkeys or grazing cattle nearby, giving you a true country feel without sacrificing convenience.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft serve the property, with rides to downtown Nashville usually costing $23–$43. Public transportation is roughly 10 minutes away. Few guests say they wish they had stayed longer just to enjoy the property itself.

Other Things to Note:
• This is a family friendly space.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside. An outdoor smoking area is available. Violations incur at least a $150 fee.
• Guests within 50 miles must book at least two nights, pay a $250 refundable deposit, and complete a brief questionnaire.
• Parties or gatherings must be pre approved and may be subject to our Large Event Policy. Groups larger than the booked guest count require prior discussion.
• A nightly fee of $25 per guest applies for groups over 10 people.
• Weekly stays (7+ nights) receive 10% off and monthly stays (30+ nights) receive 25% off.
• A signed rental agreement, valid email and billing address are required before check in.
• Avoid Apple Maps or Siri—they frequently provide incorrect directions.
• The property has exterior cameras and Ring doorbells at entrances for safety.
• Pets are welcome if house trained, bathed weekly, crated when unattended and kept off furniture. A refundable $100 pet deposit applies.
