Stuff like the body wash bone dry, when you pay over $300 a night you should not have to ask for the body wash container to be filled. The shower also had mold on the door and the grout in the floor tile. No good place to park, the small there is will cost you over $58 a day. The place was clean for the most part, very nice decorations and well maintained. The staff was okay, nice people but lacked customer service skills. When. Checking out they did not even ask me how our stay was. Also when checking in we had to wait for 20 minutes while the front desk was helping people find a place to eat while the people who need to check in just stood and waited.

The hotel was beautiful. I was upgraded to a bigger suite when I arrived. I had issues finding the entrance to valet and called the front desk, Lauren answered and directed me to entrance. She also had a valet driver come out to assist me as I pulled up. He was very polite and accommodating. The stay was wonderful. Lauren was very friendly at check in and warm. Made me feel good as I had come for a funeral. I spent most of my time in my room but the sights from my room was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. The room was spotless and nothing near dated. Loved my whole experience. Everything is in walking distance. Among check out Alexis assisted me and she was also very polite and helpful. The valet young man already remembered me and my car had it already waiting as I walked down. Thank you all so much. Will return when visiting.

We loved our stay at the Fairlane Hotel! It started with Alexus's great smile, cheerfulness, and willingness to assist with all of our needs; and ended with a nice hot shower, and great view. Everything was within walking distance and the staff were so friendly.
