Private FREE parking. 10 min. to downtown (Nissan Stadium, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, The Ryman), 12 min. to Grand Ole Opry, 20 min from the Airport. **Guests MUST read & accept house rules BEFORE booking,****NO PARTIES!**



The Space:

This artisan craftsman cottage has two bedrooms, two full baths, and was built in 2014. It has an open-concept floor plan with large common spaces that have plenty of room for gathering with your friends and family, large family dinners, or group hangouts. It has all modern features, including stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops, crown molding, washer and dryer, and a flat screen TV. In addition, there is a kitchen counter-top bar; a large shaded front patio with seating; and a back patio with an in-ground pergola, outdoor furniture, and string lights, which sets the mood for any gathering. The backyard is completely enclosed in a gated privacy fence.

-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.

-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.

-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.

-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.

-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.



**There is an additional $200 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**



The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.

The house is located within walking distance to Riverside Village, a Nashville hot spot with bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops. Its also located just minutes from Southern Grist Brewery, Jeni's Ice cream, Rosepepper Cantina, and Two Ten Jack Ramen House - all Nashville food and drink destinations.



Want to see the sights?

Take a 10 minute drive or Uber/Lyft ride- one is always close by- to the Broadway honkytonks, Printer's Alley, the Ryman, Opry Mills, the Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, and much more.



Want to hike or exercise?

Shelby Bottoms Park, which features a weekly farmer's market and well-maintained greenway that follows the Cumberland River- is a 10 minute drive away.



Want to stay in?

Cook dinner in the modern kitchen and eat out on the picnic table under the pergola. Take an after dinner walk up to the Inglewood Community Center or to Riverside Village.



Other Things to Note:

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!



**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee



Interaction with Guests:

Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay.



You will have a detailed digital guest book with tips on how to work the TVs, trash, check-out instructions, and it also includes favorite spots in Nashville!
