Weekend getaway

The property was well located for both accessing nashville and the airport. The neighborhood was quiet and offered some level of walk ability. We walked to a few resturants that were close by, they were ok.

Wonderful Home Base While Visiting Family

We really enjoyed staying here while visiting family in Nashville. The house was perfectly set up for my husband and myself, our son and daughter-in-law, and our young grandchild. Even better than expected! We will definitely try to stay here again!

Great place to stay

Quiet location, great open room set up in living-kitchen space, bedrooms and bathrooms are isolated from main rooms. All in all we would definitely book again.

Lovely house in east Nashville

My sister and I stayed in this wonderful home located in a quiet neighborhood close to my niece's house for two nights. It's super cute, clean and stocked with all the essentials. The hosts are really nice and our communications were seamless. The check in and check out processes were easy and a manual was available for download that has all the information you'll need for your stay. This is my go to lodging for future stays in Nashville.

Nice clean property with secure environment.

Wasn’t sure about the location at first but I think it is a great place to be as far as getting to downtown. It was close to my friends who live in Nashville as well so it worked out great for us.

Family trip

Sisters and cousins trip to see Nashville and this house was in a great location! Minutes from downtown, nice neighborhood, clean and secure house. All the comforts of being at home. Bonus, they have multi charging stations on each bedside table! We would definitely stay here again.

Love this Neighborhood!

We loved our stay in this cozy East Nashville home. So easy to walk to Dose for morning coffee or head over to Shelby Bottoms for a great walk on the river. Hosts provided great information & we had everything we needed for a fun weekend in Nashville. Favorite house we've rented in Music City!

The home was stocked with everything that we needed. The home was neat, clean and comfortable. We had some trouble getting in but the owners were very responsive and it only took a few extra Minutes to gain access. We would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend escape

The property was just as described, good neighborhood, walking distance to a great restaurant, deli and coffee shop. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My only draw back was an odor in the house of a dog. I am not a dog owner so the smell was very difficult for me to over come. The place seemed very clean, outside of the odor of dog(s).

Weekend Stay

What a great place, although some people may say it is a little high priced when comparing to other properties.The price is easily offset by free parking as you pull up. Great front porch. Nice private backyard, super quiet neighborhood, lovely beds and a place where you feel at home. Round trip Uber Ride to downtown and back $16 dollars. Great location but yet you feel welcomed in this home and nicely decorated.

Excellent stay

My husband and I were in Nashville for our son’s wedding and were joined by our brother and sister-in-law. Branch was the perfect place for the four of us for our week-long stay. We had many activities and events around the city throughout the week and Branch was conveniently located. It was clean, spacious, and included all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great place to relax with coffee in the morning and return to in the evening after a long day of activities. We will definitely consider booking again when we return to Nashville to visit our son and new daughter-in-law!

Cozy Little Cottage

This quaint little cottage was the perfext place to stay. A quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Nashville. Loved the fact that there were 2 bathrooms! The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was cozy to relax on. The online guide was very helpful, and it was helpful to have it in advance. Check in and check out were very easy. I appreciated that the hosts were very quick to respond with any questions I had! We will be staying herr again! Thank you for sharing your home!

Nashville 2023

This was an ideal location for meeting friends who flew in to visitt the Nashville area with us. East Nashville has everything you need for your stay when not in Downtown Nashville!. We were close to bars, restaurants, airport, Opryland in an upscale neighborhood and artsy community! We took day trips to must see sites with ease of highway systems in the area. Perfect place to stay whether it’s your first time or a return visit!

Lovely Property

Met up with friends for 4 nights. The property was perfect ~ the kitchen area was large, the backyard was nice, the neighborhood was quiet. We were able to walk to a few places. However, to hear live music you need to drive or Uber, which was no big deal. If we had questions, the hosts responded back quickly. I would definitely book this property again.

Soldier's Birthday

Our son and daughter-in-law were in town to celebrate his 26th birthday. He is fresh off his second deployment and they are expecting their first child. We needed a little extra room from our house because his best friend and his girlfriend also came into town. I spoke with Ali and gave her the rundown on the weekend because everything was a surprise for our son. She was great and so accommodating for all our needs. The place was fantastic, clean and just a short distance to our house in east Nashville. We had a great dinner on Friday night and the kids had a blast cruising around town on Saturday capped off with the Chris Stapleton concert that night. I highly recommend staying at the cottage - you won't be disappointed!!

Best VRBO experience so far.

From the point of booking, we received helpful, friendly, clear and precise information from our wonderful hosts Malia & John. Once we arrived it only got better. The property was fantastically set out, equipped with plenty of luxuries as well as plenty of the necessities needed, and some we simply didn’t expect. We were a party of four adults and we had very ample space both inside and outside of this beautiful homestead. Great location for live music venues, 10 minute taxi to Broadway, 15 minutes to The Grand Ole Oprey. Would also recommend playing golf at Gaylord Country Club, lovely course, good test. If we ever get back to Nashville we will definitely be back in touch. In the meantime we would whole heartedly recommend this beautiful home and Malia & John Craig. It’s a 10 out of 10 from 4 very happy Brits.
