This welcoming townhome offers guests all the comforts of home. Fern Oasis is thoughtfully designed to be both cozy and spacious, with ample room for unwinding after a day exploring the city. For larger groups, rent its sister unit, Fern Haven (unit 13). Enjoy coffee on the private patio or take a refreshing dip in the pool just steps away. Enjoy coffee on the private patio.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This townhome features 2 bedrooms, 1½ baths, and a spacious deck that will having guests gazing toward the skyline views.
