Enjoy the option to cook something delicious up in the well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a coffee maker. Wind down after a night on the town as you sink into the incredibly comfortable king bed or utilize the sleeper sofa for up to 4 guests. One full bathroom glistens with modern finishes with a combination tub/shower and luxurious towels. In-unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, SmartTV and a washer/dryer. Parking for this unit is a first come, first served basis. Playlist Properties has only one communal parking space within the lot for the entire community. While parking is not guaranteed, street parking is always available.

This condo is minutes from famous neighborhoods like Midtown and The Gulch and of course, Honky Tonk Row on world-famous Lower Broadway. It is located in the thriving West End district in Marathon Village, 5 minutes from downtown, and just a quick walk or ride to all that Music City, USA has to offer. Stroll around your neighborhood or hop over into iconic Centennial Park nearby.

Parking Details: There is only 1 parking spot for the condo

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
