the hotel room was out dated, the toilet kept running every few minutes.There was no maintenance person. The grounds were not kept up weeds everywhere. The cable or dish sucked

There was no one at the front desk, so they left the key in the open for us to pick up. The room had hundreds of dead flies on the floor and window and plenty of alive bugs as well

Our room was near the back of the motel, so it was quiet... but the motel itself lacks amenities and has poor communication. Twice we had staff come in on us (while we were changing). We also requested a late check-out and there was no one to leave our key with as the lobby was "closed." In addition, the T.V. did not work properly and kept starting/ stopping/ lagging, etc. The hallways and doorways had little to no lighting, which made returning to our room at night, difficult & quite honestly, dangerous. Although, the location and cost was good, I would NOT stay here again!!

Nice view but carpet felt tacky and slight musty smell, AC was very loud, limited TV channels. Had to call a number as office was locked for check in and check out, but the gentleman was very nice that answered the phone.

We only stayed one night rather than 2. Could not take a shower due to no being able to slide the door open. There are no phones in the rooms. Air-conditioner would only blow the fan no cold air. Office was not open at 8 am the morning to make the complaint about the shower. Coffee and ice are in the office, so no morning coffee. Would strongly suggest to take them off your site.

Mold in the coffee pot at the front desk should have been our first sign . Very old and outdated rooms. The room was clean but smelled musty and old. TV had cable but continually froze so couldn't watch . Shower small and sprayed to the ceiling. Cigerette smoke from people smoking outside their door came in the window air conditioner. The smell woke us up multiple times. We left early morning after 1st night , even though we paid for 2 nights. Wouldn't recommend . Young man at the front desk was very friendly and respectful.

Not our bet encounter there.
Our stay was not the first time there. I was disappointed with check out. There was no one there an no clue that would be the case. Not only that but the phone numbers given were not helpful. One mailbox was full and the other wasn’t set up, so I had to call later from the road to make sure we were checked out. They were nonchalant about the whole thing.

This is a very rundown over priced motel. We had to call someone to come to the site to check us in. Mattresses are not good. The room smelled musty as soon as we opened the door. There was mold in the shower. Dead spiders on the bathroom floor. Not updated for technology. The tv only had 24 channels. Only a 2 plug outlet by the bed. When we called to check out the motel, the man stated there was a pool and free breakfast. They had neither. GO SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE ELSE‼️

No staff on site.
Had to call a number on the door to get a clerk to drive over and check us in. Reviews on other websites mentioned breakfast and a pool. They have neither. No one on site at checkout either, so we left our keys in a cardboard box attached to the door. The room was clean and the bed/pillows were quite comfortable. The TV is satellite and kept cutting out. Good as a bare bones budget hotel, but if you want more than just a clean place to sleep, look elsewhere.

The bed was super comfortable. I would buy one for home without any doubt. The room was clean and updated. The tv did not work correctly and there was a line through it. For the most part, it was super quiet, other than what was probably a few people drinking. Wasn’t a big deal though. I would stay here again, especially for the price.

Had two rooms for a quick overnight stay while attending graduation at Indiana University. Both rooms were cool (AC on) upon arrival which was nice. One room was very nice while the other had a musty smell. Each room was clean, had a microwave and refrigerator and a comfortable bed. As for service - good upon check-in but they had a sign saying coffee would be available at 7am (Sunday morning). We ended up checking out at 8:15am and still no one had arrived. The place is no-frills but served us well. It just would have been nice for the office area to be open for coffee and ice.

The property is in a small quaint area of middle Indiana. We were there for the IU graduation. We showed up late, so didn’t have a big interaction with the property. It wasn’t a basic Hilton or Marriot hotel…it had the personality of a small hotel we would visit as kids. The interactions we did have with staff were great. We will definitely visit again if we are in the area

Old motor lodge/ open seasonally.
Well, it had a decent bed and a hot shower. Glad we brought our own pillows. Needs a lot of updates. Curtains were held closed with a safety pin. Linens and towels need updated too. Nice fridge and mini microwave in room. It was clean. Ok for a quick overnight stay.

The 1 staff available was nice enough but there was no staff on site at all except when i had to call him to check us in meaning there was no access to ice, coffee, extra towels, etc... no coffe maker, breakfast, vending, only 4 channels on tv, dead remote, cobwebs in room.

The motel is cute from the outside. There was no light in the passage way outside during the night. Th we re were cobwebs in the room and the shower just didnt look very clean. Not worth close to $200. For the night!
