Our room did not seem to have been cleaned for our arrival. The floors (even the carpet) were sticky and the sheets were dirty.

Good morning. Thank you for staying with us while here in TN. I understand how frustrating an unclean room can feel. Please be reassured that the sticky tile floor was in fact cleaned, however that is a sign of too much cleaning product. I will have the mix looked at and corrected. If this ever happens please let our team know and we will go back in and catch those floors with a water wash. Again I am so sorry for this. I hope you enjoyed what brought you here to Pleasant View. Please have a great day.

Only issue we had was the people in the room above us walked like a herd of elephants all night, so it was hard to sleep. The hotel and staff were great. Would highly recommend.

Really nice hotel. Have recently started staying @ Hampton Inns when we travel & we are never disappointed. This hotel is so nice. It’s updated & very clean. Lots of space in the bathroom, too.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here on different road trips. We enjoy it because it’s not in a super big city but close to drive to Nashville. There’s nice food options in the area. Staff and building are very nice.

Hotel is bright and very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Fresh baked cookies were available when we walked in. The staff was very helpful and friendly. While the breakfast was what you would expect, the presentation was very well done and there were some nice additions.

Once again, great service. This hotel Is clean and very well appointed as far as snack and beverage options. It’s conveniently located near highway and dining options. My only complaint is that it’s very noisy. You can hear any and all movement of others near your room.

We were greeted by friendly staff and the hotel was fresh, clean and inviting. It felt like a brand new hotel. The afternoon cookies warm from the oven was a nice treat. Breakfast was exceptional and the breakfast staff went over and above to accomodate. The rooms were cheery and comfortable. We have not one complaint. We travel a lot and i would rate this hotel a 10.
