The Space:

Cool air follows you in from Nashville’s winter streets, meeting the soft glow and calm rhythm of a space designed for unwinding between moments in the city. The Gulch hums just outside, yet once inside, you can settle into a slower pace - a place to warm up after exploring, recharge with familiar comforts, and ease into evenings with the simple pleasures of a cozy retreat.



Sleeping arrangements

The one-bedroom layout sleeps up to six guests with thoughtful flexibility for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The bedroom includes a queen bed that offers a quiet place to settle in, while the living area features a queen bed and a sofa sleeper to extend the space comfortably. A single bathroom supports both short stays and longer visits with bathroom essentials provided.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen gives you the option to cook unhurried meals or warm drinks without stepping back out into the cold. There is room to prepare food, store groceries, and enjoy relaxed breakfasts before heading out to nearby music spots or landmarks. Whether you prefer easy dinners after a day outdoors or a simple morning coffee, the space is equipped to support familiar routines.



Comfort & entertainment

Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help you adjust the environment to your liking throughout your stay. Smart TVs in both rooms and Wi-Fi make downtime easy, while board games offer a cozy way to spend winter evenings indoors. An in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience, especially for longer trips or active days spent exploring the city.



Building amenities

Shared amenities in the building include a pool, a shared gym, and outdoor barbecue areas, along with a shared outdoor kitchen. While the pool is seasonal and best enjoyed in warmer months, the gym and outdoor features remain accessible as needed. An elevator provides smooth access throughout the building, and self check-in with a smart lock simplifies arrival. Vacation Pitstop

We enjoyed our stay. It was an awesome location great quiet building. Not being from the city and not knowing more about the system to get in and out and use of the elevators was not good. More detailed explanation of that part of our stay would have been excellent. You needed a key pass to get everywhere. That was not original explained. Communication with the owner was pretty good. Thank goodness. Overall a great stay.
