Just a 2.5 mile drive to Broadway, you’ll be close to all the action while enjoying your own spacious private retreat with multiple living areas, murals, and gathering spots.

The home features an open-concept living and dining area, a large sectional sofa with smart TV, and a glowing “Nashville” sign that doubles as a fun photo spot. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating for four, plus farmhouse-style dining for group meals.
The basement game room includes shuffleboard, skee-ball, arcade-style entertainment, and lounge seating — perfect for group fun.
For photos and parties, enjoy the mimosa room with a party wall, plus custom mural art throughout the home for social media-worthy shots.
Step outside to multiple outdoor spaces: a covered patio with a neon “Let’s Party” wall, a spacious back deck with grill and seating, and a private balcony off the primary suite.
