YOUR PRIME LOCATION!
This home is located in the first neighborhood outside of downtown! Which means walking distance to the Gulch and some of the greats like Starbucks, the famous "Nashville Gives You Wings" mural, Urban Outfitters, Kittenish, Uncommon James, rooftop bars, and many others! Because it is located south of town you also are a 5 minute drive to the popular 12 South area! It’s also an easy 14 minute walk to Music Row. In this central location, get to anything within 15 minutes!
This location is walkable (about 7-10 mins) to restaurants, shops, and murals in the Gulch. You can also snag an electric scooter (typically right in the neighborhood!) and be to Broadway in minutes! Ubers, Lyfts and other ride shares are cheap because location is quite central. Of course, you can park your car in the driveway and use that to venture around town as well!
