Welcome to Golden Hour Getaway, one of Nashville’s most unique short term rentals, just a short walk from Broadway. Immerse yourself in an imaginative artistic interpretation of the songs from Kacey Musgraves Golden Hour album. Every space has been curated with one of a kind and original art works, fun murals and lyrical clues. You will enjoy this modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo and the resort like amenities of the Hyve building when not out exploring all that Nashville has to offer.
The space
Golden Hour Getaway is in a newly constructed luxury building called Hyve and is conveniently located in downtown Nashville, in an area called "Pie Town". (Shaped like a piece of pie on the map!) We are easily walkable to many downtown hotspots including the Honky Tonks of Broadway, Music City Convention Center, Bridgestone Arena, The Gulch and the Riverfront.

Being in Pie Town also means easy access on/off to HWY 65 to Franklin or the Fairgrounds or 65/40/24 around the city to wherever you might be trying to go.

GHG is a 3-bedroom 2 bath condo on the 4th floor facing 7th Ave, on the opposite side of the building from the train tracks, so not likely to have train noise. Hyve offers a pool (open seasonally May-October), state of the art gym, comfortable working space/lounge for guest use, outdoor seating with firepits, and overnight on-site security.

YOUR SPACE

You'll enter into a bright open concept space with a modern well-equipped kitchen, dining and living room with access to an East facing balcony, perfect for morning coffee.

Bedroom 1: Two Queen beds. (sleeps 4) This bedroom has no window so perfect for light sleepers who need it dark and quiet. Closet is in the Wonder Woman hallway. There is a shelf with hanger in the room as well.

Bedroom 2: One King bed (sleeps 2) with dresser and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 3: One King (sleeps 2) bed with dresser. The closet for this bedroom is also in the Wonder Woman hallway.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have full access to the condo and common areas of the building. The Latch app will be your key and can be accessed on your phone or iWatch.

PARKING
Garage parking is available on a first come first served basis in the owner/guest parking. The gated entrance is just past the lobby door of the building. You will need your Latch app to access the garage. Please only park in spots that do NOT have a reserved sign. If this garage is full, there is paid parking (Discount available) in the gated public parking just past Third Man Records. There is also some street parking in front of the building.

OTHER THINGS
All units in the building are short term rentals. We have quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am but you can expect weekends to be lively.

The train runs right next to the building however our unit is on the opposite side so there should be little disturbance. The train is visible from the pool/outside seating area and is fun to watch roll by.

There is on site security from 5:00pm to 7:00am who are trained specifically to ensure the safety of guests of the building.

Nashville is a vibrant thriving city and Hyve is in this urban area. As with any city or urban area, there will be city noises such as sirens, traffic, construction etc. We also think you should be aware that Nashville Rescue Mission is nearby.
