This condo was an excellent condo and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic and walkable to Broadway and surrounding places. The instructions were sent ahead of time a couple days in advance, which was great and made it very easy to access the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

There are a few bars/restaurants about a block and a half away and downtown is about a 15-20 minute walk! Very happy with everything! Definitely would stay there again!!

Fantastic Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Gaskin’s condo! The condo was impeccably clean and exactly as listed! We felt safe and enjoyed the short walk to Broadway St for entertainment. The Gaskins are also very kind and responsive. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

CMA Fest stay

The stay here was clean and comfortable We came here for the CMA fest and really enjoyed ourselves. Just a great location with a beautiful pool to relax from the summer heat. It sits atop Music Row which is so close and was our first stop after check in. It was a mile walk to broadway action and even less to Whole Foods for some needed items. Thank you definitely recommend.
