Perfect location

We came for our son’s 21st birthdays. There were 6 of us. The location was perfect, easy walk to Broadway or a quick uber to other areas. We would book again.

Conference trip

The loft is really cool and unique. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were a huge plus. My colleagues and I had a conference downtown and it was a short 6 minute walk to the conference site.

Nashville Celebration

This place was a great host for our Nashville Celebration. The location is wonderful and close to many places. Everything is walkable. The loft is very spacious and was great for our group of 8. Would recommend!

Amazing place!

We came to Nashville to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday with her and her three best friends, and this place was absolutely PERFECT for us! The decor was stylish and fun, and we were so impressed by how spacious it was—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.The location couldn't have been better. We loved that we could walk to so many of Nashville’s highlights—restaurants, bars, and live music were all just steps away.If I had one friendly suggestion, it would be to consider replacing the pillows in the primary suite and adding a few hangers for convenience. But truly, those were minor things in an otherwise wonderful stay.We had such a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Best Loft in The Music City

This place was everything that I thought it would be when I booked it online. It is very centrally located, spotlessly clean and updated and eclectically represents the music city. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Great visit to Nashville

Betty B loft was outstanding. Excellent location, easy walk to Broadway. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the decor, the vinyl record player, and the ice maker in fridge. Kitchen very well equipped. Beds very comfortable, great to have the in-suite bathroom in the second bedroom. Couldn't be happier with the stay.

Just as described!

This property is very fun. It is very accurately described. Great location with easy check in process. It’s an old, charming building but with that said - you can hear a lot between the rooms. They do provide lots of amenities which include earplugs! 3 bathrooms with 3 comfortable beds. We enjoyed walking everywhere we needed to go and appreciated all the helpful tips for parking and managing our stay. I definitely recommend this fun place with an awesome location!

Location, Location, Location

Bettye B is the PERFECT location to explore Nashville! Three couples stayed comfortably and loved everything about this property. Photos are a perfect representation of this loft. Don't miss the best breakfast place in Nashville, 417 Union, which is literally next door. Also, try a Espresso Martini at Standard Proof...less than a block. Tons and tons of fun await. Can't wait to get aback

Great Place for Large Groups

This place is perfect for large groups. The 3 bathrooms were the biggest selling point for us (9 women!!). Place was very clean, bit of a mildew smell, comes with older buildings. Everything was spacious and very clean. Walking distance to Broadway. Closet space was minimal so we kept our stuff in our suitcases. Kitchen had everything we needed, and living room was big enough for us all to hang out. Homeless slept outside (saw them coming home each night) but they were gone by morning, we believe the police ask them to move for the tourists. Communication for arrival and departure was excellent. I would recommend this place, very convenient and fun. FYI, we stayed in the sister property next door a couple years ago, and was equally as nice.

Observations and Suggestions: * Linens: Observed a shortage of sheets and pillows, requiring guests to adjust bedding arrangements. * Unit Signage: Lack of clear unit identification beyond the address may create confusion for guests. * TV Usability: Navigating the TV systems proved challenging. Simpler interfaces would enhance the guest experience. * Rug Placement: Some rugs presented potential tripping hazards (e.g., hall rug) and obstructed furniture usage (e.g., overlapping rugs in the living room). * Decorative Aesthetics: The current art collection presents a unique and eclectic style. However, the choice of modern and historical elements in some areas (e.g., master bath) may not be universally appealing. * Kitchen Amenities: The presence of two coffee makers is noted. However, the absence of a toaster oven may limit guest cooking options.

The layout was good for our group- 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). The kitchen/ living room area was a great meeting place. Location was perfect for Printers Alley and Honky Tonk Highway. The 28 stairs from the street to the loft could be challenging when handling luggage/packages.
