Great Location

Great accommodations in a great location. Easier to get everywhere either by vehicle or ride share. Communication with host was excellent. Never heard the train at night if you are worried about that.

Great Location

I would definitely recommend this location. Great host! Great communication and easy check in and out processes. The condo was close enough to downtown (walking distance, if you don't mind walking) but it was also far enough to have some quiet time. The train does go by quite a bit but honestly it was not so bad that noise didn't really bother me. I enjoyed this stay!

The condo was well stocked with anything you would need. The patio and river view were so nice to sit have coffee and drinks. We loved how everything was easily accessed with a remote app to open condo/garage/security. The location to broadway from the condo was perfect!

Fun place to be!

Our host was amazing. The place is spotless right on the river, they have all the essential items like coffee, bathrooms are spacious and super clean all the bedding and towels were pristine. Building overall was extremely quiet even though we ran into people coming and going all the time. It's a short walk to Broadway, and even to go up to the gulch was around mile and half, but printers ally you can hit with a rock. There was 4 of us by no means cramped at all. Will recommend to anyone to stay there.

Very cool River front apartment

The location on the Cumberland River by the old train trestle was pretty fun – we enjoyed the balcony – and being away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway – this was a clean, comfortable stylish apartment. Thank you, Scarlett.

Anniversary trip

Property was awesome. All the amenities you could ask for. A lot of road construction making it a little difficult to get to and from. We really enjoyed our evenings setting in the balcony watching the boats go by. Very quiet area. We will definitely stay there again.

We loved having the condo as a home base for our stay in Nashville. Everything was great and exactly as described. It was so nice to be able to step out onto the balcony and have our morning coffee. the beds were very comfortable, our friend actually ordered the same pillows that were in the king bedroom because she loved them so much.

Close to the Energy!

Nashville Steeplechase Weekend

We didn't realize quite where the neighborhood was when we rented the condo (only because we are not very familiar with the area). We really liked the balcony over the river with the barges and trains busily working right outside. But very quiet when you are inside. The one thing to note in the second bedroom was the open section of the wall that faces the kitchen and living area. It was maybe not as private of a room, but it worked for us. We also learned that we were just a couple minutes walk to the Germantown area. Lots of places to walk to eat, a farmers market, and the minor league baseball team, Go Sounds!.They also were able to accommodate our request for a later checkout, which was really nice. Great time there!

Perfect!

Spent a few days visiting Nashville and this condo was perfect. Very walkable to Broadway and Ubers were 2 minutes away. Bright, clean, well appointed condo. Beautiful sitting on deck watching barges go by on Cumberland River. Owner was extremely helpful and available. Highly recommend this condo.

The Latch App for the doors was very confusing and not user friendly at all... Position to the TV in the main room was off. Needs to be in the center of the couch. Nice view of the River but the windows outside were dirty and need to be cleaned. Other than that, it was a good stay...

Great Nashville Setting!

From planning through departure at the end of our stay this has been an easy, very pleasant experience. This Nashville property and host could not have been any nicer. The views, quiet setting, privacy and sophisticated casual accommodations were worth every penny. The guest bedroom is separate from the master bedroom. Each had very nice bathrooms and plenty of towels. If you're looking for a quiet place with amazing views of the town and Cumberland river and close to downtown, you just found it.

Spacious Modern Condo

My husband and I both enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and spacious, as well as stocked with everything we needed including coffee and creamer. We enjoyed the views of the river and watching the old bridge turn to allow barges through. Broadway was not a far walk along the river. Scarlett was amazing, She answered all of our questions and provided us with all the details we needed to make our stay smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

Nashville Stay with Friends

The condo was clean and well appointed. Looked just like the photos. Scarlett was very helpful and check in and out were super easy. View of river was nice. However it was very noisy. You can hear everyone walking and talking in condos above and beside you at all hours of the night. Although only a mile, the walk to Broadway was ok during the day but did not seem safe to do at night. However Ubers are very easy to get. Overall a nice place to stay with friends.

Excellent Property

The apartment was awesome. The check in process was smooth, and the hosts communicated throughout our stay. We had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The kitchen was fully equipped for basic meals and the bedrooms and common spaces were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The best part about the apartment was the deck overlooking the river. We had coffee outside every morning and watched the train and barges along the river. It was so peaceful. The location is in an industrial part of town which is 1 mile from Broadway and a few blocks from Germantown. There is not much in the general vicinity, but you are a short walk/uber ride from anywhere you want to go.

Very Clean / Easy

We were visiting for our daughter’s 21st birthday celebration. The hosts are very responsive, patient and kind. The location is in the old stockyards location overlooking the river, which is under redevelopment. Once done will be nice I’m sure. We were not bothered by the passing trains. Enjoyed watching the activity on the river. The security for the parking garage and complex was very good. The unit was clean, charming and cozy. The beds were super comfortable. All the amenities were included from Kerig with coffee pods and creamer, laundry with detergent and plenty of paper goods and fresh clean towels. Very convenient Uber ride to Broadway. Recommend for no fuss booking, check in and checkout process. Thank you again Scarlett!

Perfect place!
