“The hotel was not as the reviews stated. The hallways had an awful stench and the rooms needed to be updated and cleaned better.”

“This is possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. I would not recommend staying here EVER! It was dirty and broken, the rooms were not ready, the staff did not care, it smelled heavily of smoke and had burns all over the rooms from cigarettes. Horrible!”

Then the room is very worn down and my feet turned black on the bottom from the floor. “This hotel is run down and there are long term tenants who look like they’re on drugs. I witnessed a man come into a room with a book bag and he looked around very paranoid and when he left the room, he left with a suitcase. If that isn’t a drug deal in real time, I don’t know what is. The pool is covered and doesn’t work. The long term tenants are outside talking until 4 in the morning. I wish I had read an honest review like this prior to spending my money here. They also ask for a $20……

“Recervamos una cama king size y nos dieron un cuarto con cama doble. Cuando fuimos a decirles nos dijieron que era lo mismo. Y que ya no tenían más cuartos disponibles. Entramos al cuarto y está muy caliente. Tuvimos que prender el AC y salirnos unos 45 minutos en lo que se enfriaba un poco.”

“Great location for our needs: basic comfortable room near the airport for return trip home. Agave Mexican restaurant and Dunkin Donuts steps away a convenience. I am a jogger and was able to jog the neighborhood immediately west, no loose dogs, area seems safe with mix of people, somewhere from working class to middle class. Lots of businesses within a mile to the west (where I jogged).”

“Stay away. Dirty, very poor air conditioning (the room was really hot - AC only blew a little bit of cold air, bad smell in the elevator, sink leaked all over the floor, sheets had stains, and on and on. ”

“Room (a/k/a house/condo/townhouse - don’t know how it is classified), was okay. Not going to say good or bad, just what I took note of. The gated parking is not for guests. Guests park on the street which is visible from house/condo/townhouse if you stretch your neck. You can enter from garage -that is in the alley. You can never park in front of the unit. Park on side street and walk past 9 units to the front door. Garage holds 2 small cars. If I’m allowed pics, I will submit them. Not allowed……
