No complaints. The property met our needs. The hotel is adjacent to Green Hills Mall. Plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Parking is free, which is unusual in Nashville. These are the primary reasons we chose it.
The facilities were clean and staff was very accommodating. For example, we brought dessert back from our dinner. They provided plates and utensils for us to eat it. We did not eat breakfast; so, I cannot comment on that.
The only negative I can think of is it is in a busy, urban area of Nashville; so, traffic is heavy at times.
