*** IMPORTANT *** Our photos previously showed screens enclosing the porch, but we have removed them due to wear from pets. Maintaining a pet-friendly environment is important to us, so the screens are no longer part of the tiny house.

The Space:
Although it is a tiny home - it is big enough to be completely comfortable for an extended stay. Most people are disappointed they only booked for a long weekend.
It truly has everything you need.

* Pocket doors to deck off the home. Open the pocket doors completely - close the screens around the deck...your inside and outside becomes one area.
* Patio - No longer has screens but still a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink.
We also have complimentary Netflix, Keurig, coffee, and the kitchen comes fully loaded with electric cooktop, refrigerator drawers, Subzero beverage, toaster, microwave along with dishes, cups, pots, cutlery and wine glasses.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to our home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, cook anything you desire in our kitchen, swim and fish in the lake, enjoy a morning coffee or a drink on the deck, or take a walk on the trails.

The main house is located on the property (approximately 1000 ft away), farmhouse (approximately 400 ft away) and another tiny home across the water

* Driving distance to colleges, downtown Albany, Regeneron, Amazon, AMRI, racetrack, Lee outlets

Car for outside the property. Walk, bike, and jog around the property.

We take pride in our homes and property. Our guests come here to escape the outside world. We kindly ask that you treat the house, property, and other guests with respect.

The main house is located on the property, approximately 1000 feet away. The farmhouse is around 400 feet away, and there is another tiny home across the water. For large gatherings and a unique experience, book all 4 properties.
