"Absolute nightmare of a stay. We emailed before booking this as we were staying for many nights and then planned to come back in 13 days time. They said we could leave our bags thwre and that it was no problem. We have the email to show. The evening we planned to leave, they informed us whoever told us that had lied to us. The manager would not do anything. This cost us thousands in extea baggage fees over our trip. Rooms were not serviced, no fresh towels or anything in 4 days, and the customee service was the worst I have ever dealt with. "
