Horrivel. Frigobar vazio. All inclusive que so vale na area comum. Nao pode levar bebida p quarto. So tem 1 pisicna que parece piscinaao de ramos. Funcionarios mal humorados. Ninguem gosta de trabalhar ali porque do jeito que tratam os hospedes. Quarto precisa de manutencao. Tv minúscula e antiga. Nao salva nada!

Estadia de um modo geral é boa. Ótimo custo benefício.Porém ainda tem muito a melhorar. Na chegada ja fui supreendido com um pagamento de 60,00 reO meu quarto (320) o controle do ar nao funcionava, ficou ligado do dia que cheguei ate a hora de sair. Falta mais atenção na limpeza dos quartos na reposicao de banheiro.

Hotel muito bom, senti falta de uma academia e de piscina aquecida, alimentação e bebidas com muitas opções, comida bem saborosa, mas deveriam manerar no sal. Funcionários educados e receptivos. Os 4 dias que ficamos o quarto foi arrumado e trocado as toalhas todos os dias, quartos e banheiro espaçosos. No nosso caso, fizemos uma viagem de casal, logo no terceiro dia cansamos, ficamos entediados, duas diárias seriam o suficiente. Quem vai com crianças e idosos é um bom lugar para adescansar.

Primeiro chegamos fomos bem recebidos mas a porta do quarto não abriu com o cartão após várias tentativas por contato telefônico consegui contato com a recepção e mandaram um técnico q não conseguiu resolver o problema como eu e minha família não tínhamos jantado fomos jantar e ai retornar ao quarto aos a janta o cartão ainda não abriu a porta tiver que ligar novamente a recepção e com muito custo nós atenderam e trouxe outro cartão aí abri a porta fomos tomar banho e ao liga o chuveiro ele caiu no chão fui até a recepção e ai com muito custo fomos mudados de quarto do 254 para o 256 pagar caro e ser tratado por pouco caso
