Loved staying here! My son and I had a wonderful time at Hostal Rufus. Everyone is friendly and helpful and all the staff feel like your friends. Guests were all respectful of the quiet hours and we’re happy to be returning later in the week.

Very chill hostel that was walkable (everything in puerto natales is fairly walkable though), clean and quiet. Breakfast in Chile is not an elaborate affair but the breakfast was nice. Would definitely recommend this place to though heading to puerto natales.

Hostal Rufus is a wonderful place to stay in Puerto Natales. You won’t find kinder hosts who are friendly and helpful. Location is close to everything and the amenities were wonderful. Comfortable beds, hot water, and fantastic breakfast to start the day. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Puerto Natales.

Hostel Rufus felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was amazing, they were attentive and helpful with any aspect of our travel we needed. Highly recommend. We stayed prior to W Circuit and post.

Loved my stay!!

This hotel is wonderful in all respects! Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Very nice cafe/bar area and common sitting area. Good wifi! Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. If you are an animal lover, you're in for a delight -- there is a sweet resident Dachshund and two super affectionate cats.<3

Located at walkable distance from both the bus terminal and city center, I was warmly welcomed by super-friendly and helpful staff. They offer equipment rental and luggage storage service during the trek in TDP national park at affordable rates. Definitely recommended!

What a perfect spot for a couple of nights. Claudio and his family take so much pride in the place. Very nice breakfast and friendly. We had an issue with the car rental company and Claudio was super helpful waiting for us and making sure it had been resolved. Hospitality at its best! Stay here.

Felt well-cared for

They were truly wonderful and so caring when I had something come up and had to extend my stay. They made sure I got breakfast, have charger adapters you can borrow, and helped me check in early for my extension stay. Couldn’t recommend them enough and they're only a 10 minute walk to the bus stop, grocery store, etc - great location ans great breakfast!

It was very pleasant, great and helpful staff, good location, walkable to restaurants. Room was comfortable. A little noisy. Felt like I heard doors closing, people taking but all quit by about 11:00 pm.

Fabulous host!

Great host and tour info help to find a rental car when there didn’t appear to be any. Bed comfortable breakfast good with real sourdough bread. Request for quiet after 11pm bit late as rooms have thin walls.

Perfect stay at a lovely hotel!

This is a wonderful hotel in all respects! Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, great common cafe area and common sitting area. Good location; easily walkable to/from the bus station, supermarket, restaurants, etc. If you're an animal lover, you're in for a real delight - there is a sweet resident Dachshund and two very affectionate kitties. I stayed here on both the front and back ends of my trek in Torres del Paine and I'm so glad I chose this hotel. Highly recommended!
