• This is a walk-up unit requiring the use of stairs, there is no elevator.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

• 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.

• Washer and dryer in unit.

• There is an exterior security camera at the front door.

• Community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
