This cozy apartment is in the very center of downtown but extremely quiet and private. Your private garage is down a downtown alley way. Once inside you will enjoy your private patio and large centrally located accommodations.

This well-appointed apartment boasts two large bedrooms with two beautifully update ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has two queen beds and the other a king bed.

Perfect for a family or friends traveling together want to share a great space. Stocked kitchen, access to laundry room, cozy den, and dining room.



Park and walk- restaurants, bars, shopping, antiquing, music, farmers market, convention center are all just a few steps away! You are in the absolute heart of all things downtown and just a couple of blocks for the mighty Mississippi River and Bluff District.

424 Cotton Alley

It was quaint. The beds are comfy and had nice linens. Nice toiletries. Very close to all the downtown Natchez action. And the wonderful Thai restaurant was across the alley. The beds and linens were super comfy. They had boutique toiletries in the large bathrooms. The bedrooms were a nice size. We had a small issue with parking. Our vehicle could not make it into the garage, the alley was too narrow to turn the vehicle enough to make it in. So we had to park down the street. Not too big of a deal. The other thing was that the carpet upstairs had a strong smoke smell. As a non-smoker it was off-putting but I sprayed air freshener on it each day and that helped. .
