Great Location!

This place is awesome, especially for two people. The location is prime. The hose was great and check in/out was super easy. It was very clean! I’ve seen complaints about the corner bar next door, but we had no noise issues at all on that front. Would definitely return and book again!

House had issues with cleanliness. We had the issue with the flies. Didn’t know it was next door to a bar and would have preferred a property with a private driveway. We is enjoy the town and the antebellum homes.

Kelly Kottage is a perfect get away!

My husband and I spent a few days at Kelly Kottage in Natchez to celebrate our anniversary. It is located next to the coolest little neighborhood bar where we got to enjoy their Wednesday night steak special. The locals were so welcoming and eager to share interesting history about the town. Jennifer is an awesome host and the Kottage decor is adorable. We have already talked about returning for another get away. Southern hospitality is still going strong in Natchez.

We had electrical problems in bathroom and kitchen due to some rain. A bit inconvenient for making coffee and using microwave. But we managed. Also this property is located right next door to the Corner Bar maybe not the perfect location for 2 women and an infant!

We were so happy to have found this place! It was perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs for a quick one night stay. Finding a place that is so cute, in such a great location, that doesn't place weight restrictions on dogs is a God-send! Jennifer is amazing! She allowed us to check in early and then also proactively offered us the option to check out later since no one was coming in behind us! Who does that?! So appreciated! The place was spotless; and the design was super charming - a testament to Jennifer's interior design pro skills! Book this place if you can!!

Property is located in a perfect spot for anyone looking to take in the sites and sounds of Natchez MS. Feels like the clock has turned back to a simpler time resting in a small cottage steps away from the Mississippi River.

Nice, Convenient, But Noisy Some Nights

Kelly Kottage is conveniently located, but with the one-way streets there is a lot of loud traffic. The Corner Bar next door has a popular Wed ”Steak Night”—we really enjoyed the food! However, patrons walking by were yelling & sometimes fighting until after 11:00 pm, disturbing those of us sleeping in front. The bar had loud live music until late on Fri. Happily, nights were quiet on Thu, Sat & Sun.We had trouble checking in because the electronic door code wasn’t working. The host quickly responded, so not a problem. There was only 1/4 roll of tp in the bathroom, but the host responded quickly & delivered more before we got back from dinner.The original description said there were 2 beds in each of the 2 bedrooms and a hot tub, all of which seemed great. However, when we contacted the host, she said there was 1 bed per BR and no hot tub. She did correct the listing, after we had booked. But we made it work by bringing a blowup mattress; the host provided the linens: thanks!The listing said it accommodated 4, but there was no table, only 2 stools for the bar in the kitchen. Others sat on the couch to eat. The light colored couch had food stains and was sorta dingy. The floor between the couch and coffee table wasn’t well vacuumed. The rest of the house was clean. Beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch & chatting with friendly people walking by.There were no written checkin or checkout procedures. Host responded quickly to our text about the WiFi code.

Arts weekend

Kelly house is so cute and quaint. The area is fantastic. There is a lot of noise at night from cars/trucks on the street-but we don’t live near traffic so that has a lot to do with it. Jennifer was amazing in helping us get a place to stay.
