「Casa Guttmann is in an excellent location - it’s so close to many of the things we wanted to see as well as restaurants and shopping. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Princess was especially helpful when we arrived and when we needed assistance. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Rome in the future.」

Breakfast staff a but unfriendly and kick you out when breakfast time is over even if you are still eating which if you are a late riser can be rude. Also VERY unaccomodating about storing luggage - unless your luggage is LOCKED they won’t accept it which caused big problems for us. 」

Even though it is a 3-star hotel, the service, cleanliness, and modern rooms felt more like 4 stars or higher. They even surprised us with a breakfast tray to make our stay easier – a very thoughtful gesture that we appreciated deeply. We felt safe, comfortable, and well-taken care of. 「It's a nice hotel without zero to one bar wifi signal. Wifi outside the hotel is stronger than our room. I asked them to solve the issue three times and one of their staff told me to pay to have better wifi while there wasn't any wifi signal to begin with. They never solved the wifi issue 」

「We stay in a double bed room on New Year’ eve for 3 nights. We enjoy staying here so much for the following reasons: 1. Shower water is hot, water pressure is strong. Enclosed shower room. 2. A/C works functionally 3. Common kitchen is incredibly clean and fully equipped. 4. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff team. They help us arrange transportation and store our luggage after check out. 5. No noise My first experience in youth hostel turned out very satisfying, highly recommend.」
