“Die unterkunft ist hervorragend, sei es für kinder im krabbel alter bis hin zu Erwachsene . Zimmer werden jeden tag sauber gemacht und das erstaunliche war das immer vom haus jemand abends kam und die betten fürs schlafen gehen noch einmal frisch bezogen hat. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und immer nachgefragt ob es wünsche gibt. Schlecht war für uns das pool Wasser das 26 Grad ist für ein baby ungünstig leider aber trotzdem werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder buchen das selbe Hotel nOch……

There is a nice swimming pool on the property where our child really enjoyed spending time. The food was tasty and varied, and there was always something suitable for the whole family. “Del hotel me gustó el trato que dan a los animales .Son verdaderamente pet friendly. Del personal hay algunos que son muy amables y simpáticos ,otros no tanto .La comida poco variada Destacar que en 5 días que estuve, no se limpió mi habitación ,solo vaciaron las papeleras , pero el suelo y cambio de toallas,no fue hecho .Quizás por ello me pillé una gastroenteritis. Si vas en busca de silencio y tranquilidad , este no es un buen hotel para ello.”

“The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. “All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so……
