"Solid 3 stars. Hotel is in a good and central location. There was heavy construction going on starting very early in the morning, I woke up to sounds of drilling on the wall next to my bed. Nothing fancy, just a decent hotel to get some rest before making it out to other parts of CR."

"Room was not cleaned property. For tourist this is not the hotel to stay at unless you are a single man looking for a quick partner if you know what i mean. "

"Good hotel for the price. Kind of appears to be in a little “shady” area of the city, but the propery was totally fenced with guards on the property the entire time, so we totally felt safe leaving our car and all our luggage in the car while we were gone all day rafting. The staff were all friendly and great. The bed was a little stiff by US standards…but was totally fine. I would stay here again if I needed a place outside the city again. "

"Everything was great stayed in penthouse 2. Only suggestions fix the doors between the balconies. They woke me up a few times at night. Would also be nice to have more privacy between the balconies with some plants or something. "

"Waited for check in, took too long, exactly need 3 pm to check in, all check out must be before 10:00am, room not ready until 3:00pm"

"It's a beautifully restored older building, & staff are very friendly & helpful. Looks very modern & stylish now. Would have no problem staying there again, but they did have a few maintenance issues they need to address. First our room door lock did not work well. It took multiple attempts for the electronic key card to unlock it to get into the room every time. Secondly the water pressure was quite low. Thirdly the mattress was a bit hard, so a bit uncomfortable. "
