"The best hotel I’ve ever stay! I walked in and it felt directly out of a magazine! SO beautiful. Plus an amazing coffee shop and restaurant across the street. Can’t wait to come back to Kansas City and stay again. "

Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City Downtown/Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was really nice. Its in a great location. Streetcar is so close as well as the Kauffman Center, Power and Light, Tmobile Arena, etc. Valeting the car was really nice too (definitely not free, but worth it on my opinion). Rooms were nice, staff was nice. Bistro food was good. The only negative thing I could say is that they give you the world's smallest trashcan in the room and then don't ever empty it. We set it out in the hallway so they could dump it/replace and they just took it and never brought one back so we had to use a plastic bag for trash the last day and a half."
Hotel Kansas City, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and accommodating! The location was perfect for our trip as well. I hope to stay there again in the future. "
"I booked 2 rooms. 1 had a musty odor, which im the only one it bothered, and the other smelled fabulous, so i got that one 😁 outside of that everything was perfect. It was a family weekend and the location was perfect with amenities suiting 65 yo to 2 yo. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Street car right by to take us downtown or just walk to the adjoining mall full of specialty shops.at Crown Center. The aquarium, lego land and union station all right there. Now the staff was the absolute best, not one bad attitude, all very cheerful and helpful. "
