"A pousada é muito boa, tirando o contra-tempo de ter sido acordado às 8h com o filho do dono batendo no vidro do meu quarto pois o estacionamento só cabe 3 carros e como chegamos à noite estacionei o meu carro na frente do dele. Ficamos num quarto excelente mas não testaram a TV e tivemos que trocar de quarto no segundo dia, uma pena pois nos colocaram num quarto bem menor. Fora esses contratempos foi tudo bom. "We had an excellent stay at Mata n’ativa! Fabiano and his staff are super attentive to all details. All spotless clean. The pousada is in this small oasis with little monkeys, birds and a lazy cat. Close to the beach and the Quadrado, but we recommend a car to get around. We recommend this Pousada 100%. "

Located in the heart of Trancoso, it affords visitors fine casas with very comfortable facilities, peaceful gardens with tropical flowers, birds and spa treatments, delicious breakfasts, while allowing you to live only steps from the festive Trancoso quadrado. The beach is a short hike down the hill where you are rewarded by beauty, sun and a beach bar with sun beds and lovely drinks and food. A day trip to Praia do Espelho should not be missed. The team in Uxua is kind, fun, and ready to help in any way. If needed, brush up on your Portuguese and make the extra effort to get to Uxua and you wont be disappointed. Obrigada Uxua. "
