The residence includes a living-dining room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, and a small balcony. The sleeping area comprises a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom equipped with 4 bunk beds and an additional bathroom.

The rental includes a parking space and a ski locker within the same development.
