「Hotel lobby and staff was welcoming. Our room was just what we were looking for - clean with comfortable beds and a good hot shower. Our window overlooked the historic aquaducts, it was an interesting comparison to Lisbon Aqueduto das Águas Livres. 」

We covered pillows with towel and used hiking blanket for comfort. I contacted host with our concerns he advised us to change sheets ourselves, wait 3-4 hours for cleaning staff or...

But the room was a bit cold and we had to ask the front desk for heating several times. Heating is controlled by the front desk, and it is turned on for an hour or so only.
