Strategically located on a hill on the outskirts of Navalcán, this elevated house receives sunlight all day long. This impressive 290 m² detached residence is the ideal accommodation for groups of up to 14 people. The estate offers panoramic views of the village, the Velada plains, and the majestic Sierra de Gredos. 
The property stands out for its great spaciousness and versatility, dividing into 2 main spaces to guarantee both rest and maximum entertainment for the group:
1. Main House. The heart of the home, designed for daily comfort and rest. It is accessed via a staircase leading to a cozy front porch. It features:


6 bedrooms (with a total of 3 double beds and 7 single beds). Five of them are connected by a central hallway on the same floor, while the sixth bedroom is located on a first floor accessed by stairs.
3 full bathrooms, one of them a private en-suite (integrated into the fifth bedroom).
Fully equipped main kitchen.
Spacious and very comfortable living-dining room, equipped with a Smart TV and a large table to gather all guests.


2. Annex Lounge. A building completely independent from the main house, designed so that family gatherings or events do not interfere with the rest of others. In this space you will find:


Large multi-purpose lounge that includes a fun play area for children and is equipped with air conditioning with a heat pump.
Wood-burning stove with oven and griddle, ideal for enjoying roasts and meals at any time of the year without depending on the weather.
Second backup kitchen, equipped with an additional fridge and all necessary kitchenware.
Laundry room with a half bath.

Air conditioning and heating in all rooms, plus Wi-Fi throughout the property (including outdoor areas).
Kitchen equipment: Dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, Italian coffee maker, and complete kitchenware.
Alarm system and first aid kit available.
We provide complete bedding, bath towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, basic cleaning products, and firewood.
Crib and high chair available upon request.
Pets: Allowed upon prior consultation (no access to bedrooms or sofas).


Exterior and Surroundings


Extensive garden with outdoor furniture, outdoor table, and built-in barbecue with utensils included. (Due to autonomous community restrictions in the face of intense heat, its use is allowed all year round except from June 1st to September 30th).
Fenced private pool, designed for the enjoyment and maximum safety of the little ones. It features sun loungers for sunbathing and is open from June 1st to September 7th.
Privileged location to explore the natural paradise of Navalcán: the Reservoir, natural pools, the Roman bridges of the Tiétar River, as well as endless hiking, cycling, and birdwatching routes. Furthermore, it is an ideal starting point to visit Talavera de la Reina and the historic site of Oropesa.


Parking

Vehicle access to the interior of the property is permitted on a temporary basis and exclusively for loading and unloading luggage. During your stay, free street parking is available right in front of the house, with ample space always available on both sides for convenient parking.
Access and Reception


We offer a personalized welcome if you arrive before 8:00 PM. For later arrivals, you will have total flexibility through a self check-in system with a lockbox.
